The Blue Starfish was a great place for our whole family to stay. Larry and Karen were communicative and very helpful when a storm came through that knocked out the power. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great location, house was well stocked, clean and beds were very comfortable!We had five children under 10 and three adults and the house accommodated us all very well. Communication from host was clear, easy to follow and we had no issues. Would definitely went again!

Upon arrival we were very happy. When we received the key to open the house we were extremely happy at what we saw. The pictures you see, is what you get. Just one of the bedrooms is upstairs. And it is a loft with steep stairs. Luckily we had some youngins that were able to get up and down easily so it worked out perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Slept like a baby. The beach access is just a quick walk away. The views are absolutely amazing! We will hopefully be back sometime in the near future!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Galveston property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent—close to the beach, and close enough to restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling quiet and relaxing.The check-in/check-out process was simple and hassle-free. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions throughout our visit.We especially enjoyed spending time on the outdoor space and appreciated how well-maintained the property was. Our family had a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Galveston. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in many rentals on the west end of Galveston and I have to say the Blue Starfish rental exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy peezy. When arriving at the property the first thing we noticed was the huge open floorplan, super nice. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The owner is very prompt in replying to any messages or concerns. The stairs to the loft area are very steep which is understandable with the layout, just need to make sure the littles are very careful. Now to my favorite part which is the location.. there is a house in front of this one but it did not take away from the beautiful views of the ocean. Another super plus for us is that this property is right at a beach access point, so it was easy to walk right down to the beach and we had kids with us so we could visually see them walk back and forth from beach to house as needed for breaks from the sun or restroom. For us the location is prime! This was our favorite rental so far and we will be back. Kudos to the host. Beautiful home. Thanks for making our stay perfect :)
