Lovely apartment in a very nice part of Rome. Well located to walk to Piazza Novena and surrounding areas. We taxied to the Vatican and colosseum. Apartment is well stocked and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well during a heat wave.
The apartment was beautiful & an excellent location. There were a couple of hiccups with check in, but thankfully there was someone leaving the building who was able to help us. I would recommend this tone close to Trvi fountain, Spanish steps & lots of shopping/restaurants.Also the restaurant they recommend is excellent!
My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in this apartment from July 6-10. - Located wonderfully within walking distance of all of the major attractions. Taxi was able to drop us off at the door so we did not have to drag our luggage all over Rome. We did not notice any road noise at night but we sleep with a white noise app.- Check-In/Check-Out- Super smooth, with all of the details sent via WhatsApp prior to arrival. There's a one-person sized elevator that can be used to move luggage. The stairs are doable but there are a lot of them. Very few checkout to-do's so that was nice. Just the basics that can be expected with all rentals.- The Apartment- Spacious and the air conditioning worked great. The showers weren't great, with the one off the primary bedroom having a tub/hand-held sprayer with no way to mount the sprayer to the wall. Shower stall in the hall bath was very small and the door had a hard time staying closed on the frame. The apartment was clean and true to the photos.- The Bad- We did not have hot water to the unit. We notified them immediately on Monday and followed up daily but unfortunately this did not get fixed until Thursday afternoon which was the day before check-out. We were forced to have ice cold showers for our entire stay except for Thursday night, during a heat wave in July. It definitely was the thorn in an otherwise great stay. We also had a WiFi issues the first day but they quickly addressed that and it was fixed within the day.
Beautiful apartment that was spacious and well equipped in a great location for exploring Rome. Check-in was very personable with Benedetta - she welcomed us to the unit, showed us all we needed to know and gave us some local tips on what to do and see.
Our stay in the Picasso apartment was fantastic. Everything is as shown in the listing. It was plenty of space for our 4 adults, and the street the apartment is located in is quiet and a lovely stroll. Mrs Benedetta was extremely helpful and we had a comfortable place to return to after long days exploring.
Awesome location , comfortable and good size unit with all amenities as described , Benedetta is an attentive and kind hostess . Close to all things needed and would definitely stay here again
If you're looking for somewhere central and within walking distance of all of the main attractions this is perfect. Very tidy and clean, friendly and helpful owner. Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks, home from home.
Very comfortable appartment. Actually better than the pictures, as they don't do the roomyness & high ceilings justice. We stayed with a family of 5, with older children, and everyone much appreciated having plenty of space for themselves, the fully fitted kitchen, and the central location, with most attractions nearby.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this Rome apartment near the Vatican, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, shops and restaurants. It has old world charm with modern conveniences such as air conditioning, a washing machine and free wi-fi. Plenty of space as well with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths - the property manager was extremely nice and was there to great us when we arrived. We would stay here again.
I definitely recommend this lovely property! Very clean and comfortable with fabulous mini balconies and views. The AC was really appreciated since we stayed during the summer! Overall a great apartment!
We had a wonderful stay here. The host was very friendly and helpful. We loved the location and had plenty of space for our family of four to relax and cool off with the much appreciated air conditioning as we were visiting in the heat of the summer. The unit was beautiful and details throughout made us feel right at home. The beds were also very comfortable! We also enjoyed the area being so close to Trastevere and the Vatican. Thank you so much!
Location perfect! Everything as promised. Benedetta was not only lovely and kind but extremely helpful with transfer arrangements and dining suggestions.
We had a wonderful time in Rome. The property was so close to everything. It made it easy to walk everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet. Bernadetta is amazing. So helpful, friendly. We will be going back to both for sure.
Our family of four (two adults and our college-age children) spent the week here in Rome for spring break. The location was excellent for a busy week of sightseeing. Be sure not to miss the wine bar Il Goccetta and the Forno Monteforte bakery on Banchi Vecchio and Via del Pellegrino--you won't be disappointed! And, you'll love coming back to the apartment to relax after a long day of walking--plenty of space to spread out in a well-appointed space with views of Roman rooftops!
Lovely homey apartment on a quiet street. Close to the center of all you want to see and it still retains its charm. We could have stayed another month.
This apartment is in a great location! We walked to most of the sights. Mrs. Benedetto was very helpful in storing our luggage since we arrived early in the morning. We also used the pick up service and that worked out well.
Wonderful charming apartment in a perfect location. Benedetta was super at getting what we needed and setting up transfers, etc. the weather was hot and the AC worked great. Great main bedroom, but second was a little small for two adults, but was adequate. Overall a great stay!
Spacious, comfortable and well located apartment in central Rome. Benedetta was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our only reservation was regarding the plumbing which requires upgrading.
Great location and property. The cleaning of the apartment hadn't taken place when we checked in but the problem was remedied but the host shortly after.
The town of Perugia is a magical place. The restaurants are wonderful and the people are a delight. The apartment is spacious and beautiful with fabulous antiques! We were met at our taxi by Constanza who showed us how to use everything. She’s great and we enjoyed meeting her.
