Butler on the Lake 3 Bedroom House

A beautiful 3 bedroom lakefront house on Lake Hamilton that sleeps up to 8 people. Constructed in 2020. The house has 2 full bathrooms, an incredible kitchen, abundant outdoor space with gas fireplace, and full access to Lake Hamilton with a private dock. The cove is quiet and safe for swimming, fishing and ideal for relaxing on an air mattress. The house is perfectly located close to dining, shopping, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and historic Hot Springs National Park.
The master suite is spacious with a beautiful shower and a large walk in closet. The master windows give a great morning view of Lake Hamilton.

The guest bath has 2 separate vanities so that guests can get ready for the day. The shower has a convenient pocket door for added privacy. Both baths have hair dryers. There is a queen blowup air mattress for additional quest.

Open concept kitchen, living and dining area. TVs are installed in the living area, master bedroom and 1 guest room. There is no basic cable so be sure to bring your user name and passwords for all of your favorite apps. Most popular apps are pre-loaded so that you can stream all of your favorite movies and sports events.

Kitchen has all brand new appliances with a large refrigerator that dispenses water and ice. The cook top and oven are both gas for the chef in the family. Toaster, blender and coffee maker are available for your stay. New dishes, glasses, pots and pans and most utensils that you may need.

The outdoor porch area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake. We have a Napoleon gas grill with side burner for outdoor cooking. There is also a large granite counter with sink for food preparation. There is a beverage cooler installed so you can chill all of your drinks during your stay.

There is plenty of parking with a turnaround pad in the driveway and also parking spots for your boat or extra cars. The nearest boat launch is at the State Fish Hatchery. It is 8 miles by road and 3 miles by water.

Great family getaway

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. This was our first time visiting Hot Springs, Arkansas and this home was the perfect place for our family and dogs. We barely left the home because we had so much fun relaxing on the lake and fishing from the dock. Sad we couldn’t stay longer to soak up more sun and relaxation.

Lakeside retreat

We loved Butler on the Lake! We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the quiet cove on the lake. We spent time relaxing, kayaking and fishing. We enjoyed our time at the house so much. Great place to either relax at the house and enjoy the water, or to run into town and experience all that the area has to offer. Beautiful, quiet house on Lake Hamilton

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Butler on the Lake. This beautiful home is well-stocked and very clean. Detailed instructions were included for everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The area is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. A very nice grocery store (Harps) is only 1 mile away. We would definitely recommend.
