The updated kitchen features shaker style cabinetry, granite countertops and chic black stainless-steel appliances. Two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom are located off the family room. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom has a TV. The bathroom has a washer and dryer, shower stall only and a vanity with a granite countertop. An office/studio space has a futon, the futon folds down into a full-size bed, this room can be used as a third bedroom if desired. Barbeque on the spacious deck that includes a gas grill and outdoor seating. Good sized yard which is great for yard games and of course, an outdoor shower. The outdoor shower has hot & cold water and is fully enclosed.

This home comes with a beach pass to Kelly Beach which is approximately one mile away, bike, walk or drive.

This home is approximately a 10 minute ride to Narragansett Town Beach and the Pier, 20 minutes to Jamestown, 24 minutes to Newport, 22 minutes to Galilee where the Block Island Ferry is and 18 minutes to Scarborough Beach.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis. If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
