Furnished 2,000 sq foot home on over 2 acres located on Lovall Valley Road, which is situated in the Eastern hills 3 miles from the Plaza in the town Sonoma.

We offer this home both as a hosted short term rental and as a 30+ days furnished executive rental when owner is away. Either way, you will have complete privacy both indoors and outdoors throughout your stay. You may inquire on Facebook or Instagram (Rent Sonoma Valley) for longer term contracts. Select your preferred dates and number of guests and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request. Long term (stays over 30 days) rental is not taxed and is discounted by 50%.
All utilities included: Electric with Solar and Battery Backup, Propane Service, TV and Wifi Internet, Whole home water filtration system, electric vehicle charger, garbage service, weekly Pool and Landcape service.
Taxes are collected on stays under 30 days and submitted to the County of Sonoma. Transient Occupancy Certificate No. 4222N

Why they chose this property
This was my childhood home. My parents built it in 1975. I remodeled the home in 2018. It is my primary home for most of the year, however I do travel frequently, so I can also offer extended stays. We are excited to share it with you!
