Perfect for a family with children, a group of friends, or a romantic escapade with your significant other, this third-floor condo is the ideal setting for relaxation and convenience in Breckenridge. Step outside onto the furnished balcony each morning to breathe in the fresh mountain air; in the evenings, stroll home from a day on the slopes to swap stories, watch movies, and catch up with your loved ones in the warmth of the gas fireplace.
This condo is bright and open, creating a wonderful space to unwind. Pick up groceries at any of the nearby stores and prepare homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen. After dinner each evening, retreat to the jetted bathtub in the main bathroom to soothe your tired ski legs, or head downstairs to one of the bubbling outdoor hot tubs on the grounds.
Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.
In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.
Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
