I grew up in Queens, New York, and have been coming to the Catskills in the summer since I was born.
I bought my own home in Bethel NY in 2008, but it was just a vacation home. I live on Filippini Pond that does not allow motor boats.
I moved up here in April 2020, and it's now my primary residence. I enjoy walking, yoga, pickle ball and spending time with my family. I like being a host and being able to share my home and property with others.

I chose this neighborhood because whether it's Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall: Every season is gorgeous in the Catskills, with tons of things to do all year long.
Features the chart-topping, genre-defining artists from yesterday and today. The Pavilion at Bethel Woods is one of the best outdoor concert venues in The Catskills. They have events and concerts happening practically all year long.

Currently under renovation they are making dozens of new ski runs, new ski lifts and gondolas. all this will be ready in the winter of of 2025. Only 20 min. away.
Great Lakefront restaurants, with outdoor eating within walking distance from the house. Most restaurant open seasonally
There are many gorgeous hiking trails, wineries, horseback riding stables and more.....
Less then a quarter mile from town. You could walk through the community to get there.
