Communication with the host was excellent. They responded very quickly to my questions. House was clean and in a great spot. It was perfect if you have small children. If they needed to go to restroom, or take a break from the sun, or whatever else kiddos can think of…you’re literally just steps from the beach. We were there for memorial day and the beach was quiet which was great.

This beachouse was fantastic! We absolutely loved the location. You are literally right there on the beach. It was so convenient to enjoy the beach and have the house right there to run back and forth for things, or for those who wanted to be in the ac they could still see us at the beach. Really loved the no vehicles on the beach area this home is in. Just made it more private, less busy, safer for the kids and asthetically prettier. The house itself slept so many and all so comfortably, beds were great, with extra ac units in two of the bedrooms, the home stayed ice cold. We will definitely book this house first when available in the future. It was just perfect. The owners were also so so nice and so accommodating with our special requests. Just amazing, thank you for a great weekend for our family.

Beautiful ocean view

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean, check in super easy and literally steps from the beach and ocean. Pretty well stocked, you can tell the owners are continuing to fix the place up and they're doing a nice job! Overall, great place to stay and we recommend it!

Its a great house a few steps away from the beach and plenty of space for the whole family. It was serene community and the house amenities were just perfect. We didnt find the laundry (downstairs) until a bit too late but its a great feature too. Thank you for making this family vacation a possibility for us.

Great location to watch the sun rise!

GREAT!!!

THIS HOUSE IS PREFECT FOR A SMALL GROUP, VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH A VERY SHORT WALK. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY IS GREAT FOR WATCHING THE SUNSET AND PEOPLE WATCHING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME.

Wonderful location!

Great location on a part of the beach where vehicles are not allowed. Literally feet from the beach. Even during Spring Break it was not noisy or crowded. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the kitchen has everything you need. Great communication with Owner!

Perfect Beachfront Home

This house is a gem steps away from the beach! The location is perfect—just 8 miles from Moody Gardens but far enough away from the tourist-y sea wall. We enjoyed evenings on the patio. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, bathrooms are spacious and the kids loved both bunk rooms. The host had great communication—don’t wait, rent it for your family getaway!

Beautiful beach location

House was everything we expected and more. It’s is a cute house and a great location, literally walking distance from the beach. We loved just sitting outside on the outside patio. House was very clean and had everything we needed in it to cook. Would have liked to have a access to a grill, but other then that it was great!

Great Location

The location of this house is amazing. You are right on a beach which was not crowded at all. The outdoor shower makes cleaning up from your beach time easy. Lots of cooking equipment in kitchen. House is showing some wear and tear.

Wonderful place! Will definitely return.

We just spent 6 days at this wonderful beach house for a family vacation. The house had everything we needed and the views were amazing. A very short 20 second walk to the beach each day made for a very easy beach set up. The host was super gracious and responded promptly to messages and questions. We will definitely be back to Bella Vista. So far my fav beach house yet! Thank you!

Beach weekend

We had a lovely time at this beach house. The location cannot be beat. You are literally steps away from the beach. The beach was not overcrowded at all. We ran into difficulty when checking in because the code was not working to get in. We were quickly able to get in contact with the host to fix this. The house was mostly clean but we found some trash from the previous guest. We could not open the door for the outdoor shower because the latch is broken. Otherwise, the house is nice and we enjoyed our weekend. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great location in Galveston

We visited Palm Beach over Spring Break with 3 teenagers. Although the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed great walks and runs on the beach and a comfortable living room for watching March Madness. The bathrooms are larger and more updated than those of other beach houses we have stayed in recently. The two bunkbed rooms are cute and fun for kids and teens. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. (I think the only things we would have liked that we could not find were foil and cling wrap.) The location could not have been better. The house is just a few steps from the beach. The porch would be wonderful in warmer weather. Finally, this subdivision, as well as those on either side, have beaches that are not open to traffic. One of my pet peeves in Galveston is that, in many places, you have to share the beach with cars. Not here. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for what we needed. With 2 young children it was a very short walk to the beach and the front porch had a locking gate so we could let the kids play on the deck. 10/10 would rent again!

Beautiful and cozy

We loved that it was so close to the beach. The place was small but cozy. I loved all the beach vibes. It was clean and had everything needed. We did find a dead cockroach in one of the rooms and another live one in the bathroom. We were very comfortable.

What a Blessing!

Our ladies Galveston trip was Amazing there at the Bella Vista Beach house.. There was plenty of beds and the view of the beach on the deck was breath taking!! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans we needed. Even had a grill too! Plenty of towels for everyone. Very pleasantly decorated and roomy for our 11 ladies. The walk to the beach from the Bella Vista was not far at all. So convenient to go back to the beach house for lunch or bring lunch to the beach to enjoy. We brought a wagon but did not need it. We did take a cooler with rollers and tent to the beach. Along with chairs and floats. Not far at all if you forget anything. We loved that you didn't have to drive anywhere to go to the beach which saved time and gas. More time on the beach. Will book again!
