Parking: Free on-site parking on Poplar Street, or diagonal spaces on 8th Street across from the building. Do not park in front of neighbors' houses on East 8th Street.

Altitude: Leadville sits at 10,152 ft. Some guests experience dizziness or nausea — travel insurance is recommended. Refunds are not offered for altitude-related issues.



Construction note: There is active construction on the ground floor of the building. Daytime noise is possible — not an issue for most guests, but worth knowing if you have light sleepers or napping kids.



Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
