ENJOY RELAXING TIME AT THE "MALIBU" HOUSE !!! - Spacious 200 sq m Comfort and Tranquility - Beaches & Attractions - Hot Spa Only a short distance to the beach and cafes, and a short drive to Hot Springs, Arthur Seat, golf courses, wineries and back beaches. An ideal place for a Weekend Getaway or that perfect Midweek Escape - with something exciting for everyone. The "MALIBU" House is a large - 200 sq m approx. luxury villa - offering comfortable accommodation, relaxation and quiet entertainment for up to 16 persons. This luxury villa comprises: - Private entrance. - New fully equipped kitchen - 4 Bedrooms (master with ensuite and Walk in Robe) - 3 x queen size beds and 2 x double size beds and 3 sofa beds - Private bathroom(s) provided with essentials - Two large living/ lounge areas - Spacious dining setting for up to 16 people - Courtyard with Hot Tub (SPA), stone garden and BBQ - Laundry with washing machine and dryer ROOMS/BED CONFIGURATION Ground floor Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen size bed, ensuite, WIR Lounge - 3 x foldout double sofa bed Second floor Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen size bed, BIR Bedroom 3 - 1 x queen size bed, BIR Bedroom 4 - 2 x double size bed PLEASE NOTE: For number of guests more than 10 - the fold-out couches in the Lounge area converts to sleeping quarters at "sleep time". This are is shared, not private. The bed linen, doonas, pillows and towels will be provided for up to 16 guests, for all beds and sofa beds. The"MALIBU" House is a “Self-Check-In” property. The keys to the property are stored in a Key Safe on site. The access code for the Key Safe will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. For any assistance during your stay please call or SMS the property manager directly on the mobile number specified in the "HOUSE MANUAL" available the property. The "MALIBU" House is located in a township of Capel Sound, on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. With an abundance of surrounding beaches, eateries, attractions and activities it's perfect for a group of friends or families.
