We are a family of four and this condo is perfect! It’s our second time staying at the condo and both times it has been clean, well kept and stocked with the essentials! We had a glorious vacation and are so grateful to have found Gloria and this condo.

Wonderful condo. Very clean. Lots of beach accessories available in the beach storage closet. Dehumidifier really helped the comfort level. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool. High table was a bit tall for our family but we are not a tall group.

We had an amazing time and Mrs Gloria was so kind to allow us to stay here. Everything was perfect! She had everything wecould possibly need and the location was perfect to downtown Surf City. We look forward to staying again in the future and making more memories! Thank you again!

This is a lovely property. There is a lot of seating for a family. It has perfect access to the beach, and is very close to all the amenities of Surf City.

Our second time at Serenity by the Sea and it was as nice as our first.The condo is cute, clean, comfortable and well appointed.The complex is older and well maintained.Easily walk to the beach or spend time at the pool. Walking distance to Surf City area restaurants and shopping.

We love Surf City

This was our first time staying in Surf City-normally stay in N Topsail. We totally lucked out in finding this gem. The location was perfection and everything was just as described. Serenity by the Sea fit my family perfect. The bath and a half with the washer/dryer suited this family of 3.

Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

We stayed here while visiting family. I would have liked to have linens included but everything else was well appointed. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Property was as advertised- nice place to stay and would love to return when the weather is warmer.

Great Island Rental

Wonderful property! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, and close to many shops on the island. The view from the unit is wonderful! Would highly recommend this rental to others. Host was very communicative on directions and information too.

My new favorite

Our family has been vacationing on the south end of the island for years. This weekend, I took my daughter and her friend on a bonus beach trip and we stayed at Serenity by the Sea. It was even better than described! We loved every minute and will surely be back.

Wonderful beach retreat

Perfect destination for a spontaneous off-season visit to Topsail—great access to beach walking and a nice central location on the island. Please note despite the listing headline on the listing the pool does not open until April 1. This did not detract at all from a great time in a perfect little rental.

Great property! Truly a slice sweet stay!

This property has all you’ll ever need, even down to a little spices for your beach cuisine if you dare to cook during your relaxation zone. Very cool, comfortable and clean. Best place I’ve ever stayed at and family thinks so too! I’ll be back again next summers end. Thank you Serenity by the Sea!

Perfect Getaway

The condo was perfect for the three of us. The view of the beach was good and the pool was very nice. It was pretty, very clean, and had everything we needed. The beach locker was stocked with everything necessary for a day at the beach, and the walk to the beach was short and easy for my 78 year old mother. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Gloria is an exceptional host, quick to respond and very nice. Thinking about booking here again for our trip next year.
