The accommodation is a fully self-contained bungalow located on a larger private waterfront property that also includes a separate main residence. The two dwellings are independent and do not share any interior space.

The property includes a shared driveway and parking area. Designated parking spaces are provided for guest use, while other areas are reserved for the main residence. Guests are asked to park only in the designated spaces to ensure clear access and a smooth experience for everyone.

The owner may be present in the main residence from time to time; however, guest accommodations remain private and fully separate.

The outdoor living space for guests is limited to the designated area on the attached deck, with views of Smith Bay. All other outdoor areas of the property are not part of the accommodation and remain private to the main residence.
