The property comprises two side by side townhomes - one fully remodeled and the other built ground up in 2020.

Guests can enjoy a range of high-end amenities, including over 30 board games, access to the highest level Xfinity cable and internet package available, a ping pong table, a grill, and the new build has Boll and Branch sheets and luxury mattresses in the bedrooms.

There are ten 4K Smart TVs throughout. Five of the TV's are QLED. Guests can also take advantage of the fastest internet speed package offered by Xfinity, as well as the most extensive cable package available including many premium channels.

Guests can enjoy ample and convenient parking options at this property, with a 2-car attached garage, a 1.5-car detached garage, and space for an additional 5-7 vehicles in the driveway.

Michigan weekend

Modern home great for small family

We enjoyed being able to have both homes available for our multi-family vacation. The main home was beautifully updated. Hosts were great with communication and helped us to resolve some appliance issues we ran into. The smaller home wasn’t well air conditioned upstairs, so that made nights harder for sleeping in the summer. We mostly used the main home for our stay since the living area in the other home was very small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

These Twin Town Houses were perfect for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids. The location was in walking distance to downtown Ann Arbor and in a lovely neighborhood with near by park and nature hikes.
