I stayed with my team of 21 girls, this was a perfect place, close to restaurants. It was very clean, any issues we had were resolved in minutes. Would highly recommend for any group travel!!

Outstanding accommodations!

Family from many states converged on Ann Arbor for a wedding and these houses were a great way we could all stay together, eat together and yet have separate areas for quiet, sleep, game playing and meal prep. Decor was beautiful. Little things like soap and toiletries and kitchen items were much appreciated.

Great house, great location, and great hosts

10 of us came together from 6 different locations for a family reunion to celebrate my mom's upcoming 80th. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the stay. It was the first time to Ann Arbor for all of us and the house was a perfect home base. It was great to be able to easily walk to Kerrytown (note: there is no sidewalk for a short leg of it, and there is a slight hill on the way back). All 10 of us (ages 17-80) did the walk together. The house itself was well equipped and David and Ellen were very responsive and helpful throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the carpeted floors, the clean, airy feeling, and really loved the sauna and game garage. So many great games! And it was nice to have the basement as an extra, well-cooled hangout space. Definitely note that there are two houses here, with four bedrooms each (it worked out well for us). Only complaint was that some of the pots and pans in the kitchen should really be replaced, but generally, the kitchen in the big house is well stocked with dishes and glasses and we had a great time with family meals and morning coffee. Communication with the host is easy, quick, and much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family reunion venue

hThis rental was the perfect solution for my big Irish family, getting together in Ann Arbor for our niece’s wedding. The houses accommodated us all in comfort and the large living space in the bigger house was the perfect gathering spot for both houses. The houses were spotless and very well-equipped and communications with the owners were very smooth..

Modern home great for small family

We enjoyed being able to have both homes available for our multi-family vacation. The main home was beautifully updated. Hosts were great with communication and helped us to resolve some appliance issues we ran into. The smaller home wasn’t well air conditioned upstairs, so that made nights harder for sleeping in the summer. We mostly used the main home for our stay since the living area in the other home was very small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

These Twin Town Houses were perfect for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids. The location was in walking distance to downtown Ann Arbor and in a lovely neighborhood with near by park and nature hikes.

Amazing property and location!

Such a wonderful stay at The Twin Townhomes! The place is lovely, super clean, and well equipped. The location is fantastic - we walked downtown and to Zingerman's multiple times. The park up the street and walking trail across from the house were great outlets for our kids and teens to get outside and move. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again!

Amazing bridal party Party

House was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything was as described and better. We loved the location. Quiet and surrounded by nature but only minutes from downtown! The host was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed! Would for sure stay again with a large group!
