Made a quick trip to Phoenix, the condo was in a great neighborhood, and very convenient to the freeway, Biltmore, Arcadia, Scottsdale and Downtown.The beds were comfy and we easily slept 4. Provided crates, and food and water dishes for dogs. Very clean. Check in and check out could not have been easier, and Will, the host was great.

This condo was immaculate. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of closet space and the kitchen is very well equipped. There were even washers and dryers on site. And parking! This is a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. Our place was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The air conditioner worked perfectly even though it was 110 degrees outside. We will definitely stay here again while visiting our kids at GCU, which was only 15 minutes away.

Would suggest a fan for the living room to move air around a bit when A/C is not being used. The fenced in yard is mainly shaded during the hot midday sun into evening. The fire pit was a nice extra. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, warm, and inviting, plus we felt secure with the gate keypad and our own lock & key. Nice area close to lots to do and eat/drink.
This is the cutest little place. Nicely located near lots of restaurants and very spacious. It was extremely quiet. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. It was also a really good place a show at cardinals stadium. It was about 30 minutes but it made it super affordable
This condo was perfect for our family and our needs. It was bright and comfy…and the courtyard was so private and well done. Loved the location and that the owner thought of everything! We would stay again!

I am so in love with this VRBO. It is super cute, very clean, and the neighborhood seemed extremely safe. Definitely not one of the cheap, thrown together rentals. You can see the love that was put into this place.

Striving to be an earth friendlier human, one step at a time. With my home I replaced lawns and mulberry trees with drought tolerant, desert and bee friendly vegetation and artificial turf, installed natural gas and high efficiency air conditioners and smart thermostats, replaced most lighting with LED, injected foam insulation into the 1960 era block walls, hoping to install solar panels (battling local power provider) to replace 95% of our grid power and looking into becoming a bee farmer. If you're are into earth friendlier living, hit me up, I'd love to learn what you are doing!

What makes this property unique
This is a mid-century modern property that I fell in love with before I had ever heard the term mid-century modern. Back then it had wood picket fences, water hungry grass and mulberry trees and zero character. I have slowly converted into a property that I am really proud of BUT still a work in progress. Stay with us and you will NOT be in a typical American cookie cutter property! :-)
