This place was so nice and VERY clean which we greatly appreciated! A perfect spot for myself and two girlfriends to have a relaxing moms getaway. The resort grounds are beautiful and a fantastic location - close enough for biking down to the plaza area with all the restaurants and shops. We had to buy more toilet paper since we were only given one extra roll. We tried to get some from inside the hotel, along with ice, and were told we weren’t allowed to have either. There weren’t any check-out instructions in terms of taking trash out, what to do with linens or towels, etc. so more info beyond just returning the bracelets would have been helpful. We didn’t even need the bracelets - just the card to get into the pool area. This was our first time in Hilton head and we absolutely loved it - thanks to this host for providing a very comfortable place!

The amenities were amazing, the condo, not so much. It smelled of mildew and I'm pretty sure it's because the shower tiles were not sealed and extremely moldy under the shower door. The condo looked to be renovated, but not well. The outlets were not updated and had a hard time holding plugs, the vents in the bathrooms and in the hall were extremely full of dust so they weren't working properly, and almost all of the windows and the patio door seals were broken.

Overall our stay here was amazing! The proximity to the beach is hard to beat and the fact we didn’t have to cross the main road was such a huge plus! Having the pool right there to enjoy was great as well. We will definitely book again.

Access to the beach is the highlight of this property. So convenient to walk out to the beach whenever you want to. Very nice pool area as well. Great for kids with the walk in feature. Beach/pool toys and towels are not provided by owner however there are some items that have been left by previous renters. Also, if you drink coffee, bring some coffee filters as those are not provide either! Would stay again.
