Immaculate two bedroom home in Sun Lakes with an open floor plan, master bedroom with Queen bed and newly remodeled en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a Queen bed with en-suite bathroom. The home has a newly remodeled kitchen. Tile throughout the home and private patio with citrus trees. Close to I-10 and the 202.
[ HOA Amenities are only available for guest staying over 30 days. Amenities like, restaurants, fitness center, pools, Pickle Ball and Tennis courts renters need to coordinate acquiring HOA cards with the host. There is a $125 fee per person, max 2 cards are available.]

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at Dean’s house. The house is roomy bright & very clean. Plenty of updates & everything you needed in kitchen & throughout the house. The community had so much to offer - golf, tennis, pickle ball, gym, walking trails around lakes, & restaurants. Dean met us on our arrival & was very responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again & would recommend to family & friends.

This was one of the best homes I’ve stayed at since coming to the area 15 years ago! Dean is one of the kindest and most welcoming people. Great location! I could walk to everything in the area. He provided access to all the amenities. Wonderful fitness center, restaurant and walking paths. The home is well equipped with kitchen supplies and the bathrooms and bedrooms are very nice! Definitely a great place to stay
