A beautiful spot to stay near a fantastic beach. We really enjoyed our time, especially enjoying meals on the private porch overlooking the water. Property was very clean and well maintained.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything about this place was fantastic ! The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect. Our only disappointment was the beach pass situation. You have to book a beach pass well in advance, and unfortunately, if the weather doesn’t cooperate, you risk losing a significant amount of money. Beach parking is also limited to Gloucester residents or those with a day pass.We chose Gloucester specifically because we wanted to be close to the beach, so having a beach pass included with the rental would make this place even more perfect. That being said, we would absolutely stay here again! We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property!

The best location possible and what a cute unit! Super clean, everything you need is there and the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. The host is so nice and check in was easy. We had the best Christmas here.

We stayed in the one bedroom unit. The unit was clean and worked great for us. The private porch was perfect for watching sunrisees, sunsets, and over looking the ocean. Sharon and Ryan were great hosts and very friendly. The location of the house was central to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, and whale watching excursions. We would love to return to explore more of the area.

Perfect ocean location in Gloucester

We may go back here every year. The unit is crazy, a bedroom and a combined living room/kitchen. It has all the supplies that we needed. The highlight for us was the wraparound porch with ample seating that allowed us to enjoy ocean breeze, and a beautiful view. Home is perfectly convenient to both Rockport and Gloucester . It was in good condition and neat and very clean.

Lovely location, clean space, thoughtfully equipped. We had a memorable trip (2adults, 1 teen). We were in side unit, could be tight for 4 grown ups. There are 2 floors, each with 2 sections that can be rented out. We did not have any issues. The side unit on our floor was empty during our stay. Everything was just right.

Wake up to the sights of the ocean and sun

Sunrises A++ The sun rises perfectly in view from the master bedroom. There is a busy road between the property and the shore. Due note that this shore is rock covered and the only people on the rocks are single pole fishermen. You will need to drive to an appropriate beach. House is equipped with A/C in each room and a full kitchen which is wonderful for eating in. The deck is private and the location is clean and provided a sense of security. It’s a 10m drive to downtown. Overall we enjoyed the location and stay and all it had to offer for the price.

Fantastic

Ryan and Sharon were so helpful! We arrived around midnight and the directions for access to our property did not attach when sent through email. I messaged through the VRBO app and Sharon arrived very quickly to help us get in to the property. She was so kind and showed us everything we needed to know and left us her personal number in case we had any issues. The property was just as advertised and she had the place stocked with just about anything you could imagine. 10/10.

The property is exactly as the photos portray. It is an easy walk to the beach, breakfast and lunch places, great coffee shop and an okay ice cream shop. Bring a book, relax but make sure you get up, sit on the porch and watch the sunrise!
