Welcome to Sunbeam Condo, a comfortable and flexible 2-bedroom stay just one block from Lake Pepin, the beach, and marina in the heart of Pepin, Wisconsin.

This thoughtfully designed space features 2 bedrooms upstairs along with the full bathroom and living areas, while the kitchen is located on the first floor.

Sunbeam includes 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a bonus full-size Murphy bed in the living room, offering extra flexibility for sleeping arrangements and making it a great option for families, wedding guests, and small groups.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils, along with coffee, spices, tea, and sugar. We also provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a full set of beach towels and bags for your stay.

The location is one of the biggest advantages. Guests can walk to the Pepin Beach and Marina, as well as local favorites like the Harbor View Café, the Pickle Factory, and the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum.

Great location, walking distance to eat, drink, the lake. Quiet especially since we were there in the off season. Nice place. The carpeting could use a deep clean or replacement as there were several stains. And one mattress also wasn’t great in the first bedroom. Parking right outside the door.

Great location, needs a deep cleaning though.

We had a great time in Pepin and loved the location of this place. It’s right by the beach, marina, great restaurants, Laura Ingalls Wilder museum, stores, shopping centers, bars, anything you need! Unfortunately the place was in need of a deep clean and the amount of spiders and thick webs right outside the front door were shocking. We cleaned the cobwebs inside ourselves and bought some spider spray for the outside. In the end, it was a big hinderance. We liked that there were board games available but many were missing pieces. Also, no TVs in the bedroom and no cable on the living room tv.
