Second stay for us. Convenient location to sites, friendly conversations with host, very relaxed. Back yard full of flowers, plants and our dog loved running in it.
Julie's spot was perfect for our GJ getaway. Great location with easy access to Lunch Loops trails, the Monument, and a quick hop over to downtown. Very dog friendly with a great patio and yard. The flowers were all blooming while we were there and it was beautiful!
It was a clean, off beat place with string of lights and interesting poster and knicknacks. Plants in the windowa, and lovely back yard with assorted flowers and a wonderful big tree in the center with bench all the was around it. Included was a laundry room and a bookcase full of books. Just watch the step down into the bathroom.
The house had a great backyard for our dog.
It was close to the mountain bike trails and store.
We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Grand Junction.
Third time we've stayed here to participate in the Western CO agility trial. Julia is great, and the home is very comfortable and charming. Dog friendly, too!
This is great little spot! Cozy and comfortable, the yard is amazing humming birds and flowers everywhere very convenient to all of Grand Junction and the national monument. Julie was very accommodating helped us get into the property late night for the check-in with highly recommend. if you’re looking for a great spot conveniently located to all the fun that Grand Junction has the offer Cottonwood Casa is your spot and Julie is your girl!
Julia (host) was there to meet us - we had our Golden Retriever with us, and she also liked Julia right away! The yard was fenced, and BONUS, there was a doggie door for her to go in and out. The house was clean, and had everything we needed - great location, too - all in all a lovely place to stay!
Had such a great time. Property manager was not only two houses away from us but extremely responsive if we needed anything. The house was amazing, great yard with an awesome tree swing and relaxing enough we just wanted to permanently stay. Will definitely stay there again
Here we are again at our favorite place to stay. Homey, artistic, and peaceful with the best fenced-in backyard for a dog. Beautifully landscaped. The hummingbirds have a ball. And when the sun goes down, you enjoy the dancing of the colorful lights over the backyard. So much fun!!
