Just steps from the beach outside of Downtown Newport, discover this stunning custom seaside property that boasts three levels, ocean views, five balconies, and large patio with outdoor kitchen and gas fire pit. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults max, up to 14 with kids under 12 on pullout sofas. Truly fit for any occasion, this home makes the perfect family destination, friends getaway, or an aesthetic hub for your wedding party. The great room and outdoor area were built to entertain. Ultra-open first-floor living space featuring chef’s kitchen with Wolf appliances, two sitting areas, built-in bar, and gas fireplace. Just upstairs are two queen bedrooms, full bathroom with tub, full laundry room, and a luxurious primary ocean-front suite. The primary has ample space for a couple or small family to spread out; king sized bed, private deck, sitting area with pull-out couch, and en-suite bathroom. The third level offers a massive loft with mini-bar, half bathroom and queen bed. Option for two queen pull-out sofas to sleep a max of 6 on the third floor. Experience panoramic views of Easton’s Beach and Cliff Walk from the third floor porch with distant views of some of Newport’s most famous mansions. Last but not least, you’ll see the the outdoor patio is fit for summer fun. Full outdoor kitchen and multiple seating areas plus outdoor shower. All of this within just minutes walking to Easton’s Beach, the Beach House wedding venue, and other local restaurants and attractions.

A Happy Week at Sea Lodge

Our welcome to RI began when we entered Sea Lodge. What a lovely, spotless home with every accommodation to make our family’s stay comfortable and memorable. Owners of this property deserve high praise and kudos as does property manager, Kelly, who responded immediately to a question or two and who and made the process of staying at Sea Lodge a smooth experience.

What a great place to stay!

What an amazing house! Everything was great, inside and out. Furniture was well placed and comfy. Beds and showers were outstanding. Lots of places to sit and hang out. So many great porches and decks and places to sit outdoors. Lots of great seating in the backyard. And the house was very well stocked with all the little things you'd always forget to bring yourself. We had a great stay!

An amazing house in a great location

We loved this house so much when we stayed here last year that we booked it again. That should really say it all. We love the location - you can walk to Easton Beach or the Middletown restaurants, drive 5 minutes to Newport, or drive 5 minutes to Second Beach; all in a really nice, walkable neighborhood. The house itself is great - spacious and incredibly well furnished with great amenities. 2 great decks to look at the ocean. A backyard with lounge chairs and a great fire pit. Comfy beds and couches. An amazing kitchen. If we can stay here again in the future we definitely will!

Great for Family Reunions

The home was everything billed and more. There is a beautiful beach super close by and there was a ton of beach gear in the shed. There was also a lot of gear for infants/toddlers including a stroller, crib and high chair. The outdoor area was great, especially the fire pit and grill. Finally there are a lot of fun restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Overall it was a great place for a family reunion!

The property is immaculate and comfortable. Excellent location close to beach, ice cream, convenience store. Loved the neighborhood! House had everything you could possibly need and more!! Backyard was a beautiful place to gather to eat drink or just chill. Definitely would go back. Property manager was quick to respond with questions or extra paper products. Wonderful vacation home!

Impeccable place—with one slight drawback

House is beautiful, spotless, nice views from the second and third floors and nicely appointed. Even fresh coffee and snacks in a basket on the counter and cold beer in the fridge. Everything as good as advertised! The only minor drawback is that there are only 2 showers, which may or may not be an issue depending on the size and shape of your party.

Home Sweet Home!

We were in town for the RI Marathon that my son ran. The location was perfect! The house was amazing and it was so well stocked I wish we were there longer than the weekend to be able to use the indoor & the outdoor kitchens. it was very close to downtown, it was actually easier to take a 7 minute uber ride than find parking. Kelly, thank you for greeting us on arrival, it was nice to know you were only an email away if we had any questions. We hope to see you again!

Gorgeous Oceanview home

This home has not only beautiful views of the ocean and beach (that get better with every floor), but has exceptional indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing, dining and sleeping! The home is so tastefully decorated in soothing ocean & beach tones with nautical accents, with very comfortable beds and spacious closets. It is equipped with absolutely anything you need and with a wonderful 2nd floor laundry. The master bedroom suite is amazing as is the spacious third floor room. The outdoor deck is amazing! The photos are very accurate. What a wonderful property, we had an amazing week!

A Perfect Beach Retreat - Sea Lodge

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures portray! The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked for someone who loves to cook. Several different sitting areas within the home are perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee/tea or a cocktail. We cannot wait to come back in summertime to enjoy the several outdoor seating spaces with outdoor grill! Even though we visited in the winter, we so enjoyed bundling up and sitting on decks looking at the water. The views to Easton's beach and the Cliff Walk were incredible! We were able to walk the beach and run the Cliff Walk from the house and proximity to town was perfect - just a 5 minute drive in! All of the beds were so comfortable and the master suite, with extra sitting area, enormous closets and spacious bathroom felt like such a retreat. The kids enjoyed watching movies on the third floor at night from the 2 cozy couches! This stay could not have been more perfect, and this will definitely be our go-to- rental whenever we stay in Newport (which after this visit, will hopefully be quite often)! Cannot say enough good things!

Amazing Home

Communication with Kelly was great from the start! She answered all of my questions, and even provided restaurant recommendations at my request. And I can tell you, her recommendation did not disappoint! I knew the property was going to be beautiful, but it was even better than the pictures - great layout with the kitchen/dining room being the hub of the house. The kitchen has every imaginable item you would need to cook with; and unlike other properties we have stayed at, there were plenty of food staples available (spices and other dried goods). Kelly left a beautiful, welcome basket for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The Wolf coffee machine was a bonus! The bedroom layouts were generous and the bathrooms have plenty of space. And, the views from the house are captivating! Beds are comfortable, linens fresh and plentiful, and the house guide includes all info one needs. The location was perfect - close to Newport, grocery stores, and a 30 minute drive to PVD airport. We will definitely come back if we find ourselves in RI again! Thanks, Kelly!

Great family getaway.

The house is on the Middletown side of the beach with a view of the Breakers mansion across the bay. We walked to dinner and to the beach. We spent the week of Thanksgiving and cooked a traditional Thanksgiving meal. This worked well because the house is equipped with Wolf appliances and all the cookware and serving gear you could want. The first day was like a kitchen scavenger hunt discovering all the gear. The Wolf coffee machine was fun to use each morning before sitting on the deck watching the sunrise. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the water and about 50 yards to the beach entrance.

Fantastic house and location!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was clean and very well appointed and equipped (great master closet). Ample room for all of us (6 girls) and gorgeous views. Walking to cliff walk was a bonus. Kelly was great, very communicative and attended to all our needs (including offering to get a juice squeezer but we found it!). Outside living was easy and comfortable. We hope to come back!
