ROSE Holidays offers you this renovated and beautifully decorated two-storey house, located in the heart of the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, just a few metres from the pedestrian streets and the main beach.



House that can accommodate up to 4 people, fully equipped for a comfortable stay with family or friends.

Entrance leading to a welcoming living room with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV.

Dining area with high table and chairs to share your meals.

Adjoining fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher…

Independent WC on the ground floor.



Night area (upstairs):

Bedroom 1: double bed (140), wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (shower cubicle, vanity unit with storage, heated towel rail).

Bedroom 2: double bed (140), bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Additional bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and vanity unit.

The oak parquet brings a warm touch to this sleeping area.



Outside:

Quiet rear terrace, fully enclosed, with garden furniture, parasol and electric plancha ideal for summer evenings.

Garage with washing machine and cleaning equipment (accommodates a vehicle under 4.50 m, small vehicle).

Paid parking on the street.

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if deep cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
