🌸 ROSE Vacances offers you this renovated and beautifully decorated two-storey house, located in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne town centre, just a few metres from the pedestrian streets and the main beach.



House that can accommodate up to 4 people, fully equipped for a comfortable stay with family or friends.



Property composition:

• Entrance leading to a welcoming lounge with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV.

• Dining area with high table and chairs to share your meals.

• Adjoining fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher…

• Independent WC on the ground floor.



Sleeping area (upstairs):

• Bedroom 1: double bed (140), wardrobe and adjoining bathroom (shower cubicle, vanity unit with storage, heated towel rail).

• Bedroom 2: double bed (140), bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

• Additional bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and vanity unit.

The oak parquet adds a warm touch to this sleeping area.



Outside:

• Quiet rear terrace, completely enclosed, with garden furniture, parasol and electric plancha — ideal for summer evenings.

• Garage with washing machine and cleaning equipment (accommodates a vehicle under 4.50 m, small vehicle). Garage size 2.20 x 4.30m

• Paid parking on the street.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

A check-in service after 21:00 is available for an additional fee. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free check-in.



🧽 Check-out instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

👉 In case of non-compliance with these instructions or if deep cleaning is required, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

– How to use the accommodation
