Fabulous experience in Punta Rassa

This luxury condo certainly lived up to it's description! It had everything needed for our 4 week stay. There was a wonderful view from the front of the condo and you could watch the sunset at the complex which is kept in pristine condition. The swimmimg pool was never crowded and in fact we had it to ourselves on most occasions. Kayak and boat rentals were nearby and there was an endless choice of restaurants within a short distance. We walked every morning through a mangrove and saw a great array of wildlife. The boat ramp was also an area to visit and watch the various catches of fish being brought in. Thank you Edouard and Barbara for renting us your property which gave us this wonderful holiday and experience!

Extraordinary place - very enjoyable stay

This is a lovely, impeccably decorated and well appointed condo. The description is accurate and the view can’t be beat. Sitting in the lanai area and looking out at the water and the Sanibel bridge is relaxing and peaceful. The bed was so comfortable that we didn’t want to get out of it. The kitchen was extremely well appointed (we like to cook) and that is often lacking in rentals that have few tools and cookware - not so here! There is also more advanced tech like the window shades that elevate the quality of the unit. Host interactions were all very positive and helpful and there is onsite neighbor assistance if you need it. We used the pool and hot tub and the access to the adjacent yacht club, all great amenities. A five star stay and highly recommended!

First Stay In Ft. Meyers - A Winner!

Our rental of this Ft. Meyers condominium through VRBO was our first residential rental on the west coast of Florida, as well as our first time using VRBO. We were operating somewhat “blind“ as we had little knowledge of the area. But the views from the lanai of this particular unit was the first indicator that this was going to be a good experience. We reserved the unit in early 2020 just ahead of the world coming to a screeching halt when the COVID pandemic exploded on the world scene. I would have to say that one of the best aspects of this experience was the dialogue that we were able to have with the owner relative to questions about the Covid related safety protocols within this community, as well as questions relative to some of the severe storms that swept through the area during the fall, and questions about the unit in general. The complex is close to being 40 years old, but owners are updating and renovating their units and this particular unit had been totally renovated with a lot of thought given to what a prospective tenant might need. It was tastfully decorated, and well equipped. And if something critical was missing, all we had to do was contact the owner and it showed up a few days later via Amazon. The complex, itself, is beautifully landscaped and a great deal of pride goes into maintaining the public areas. We met a number of owners, who were friendly and welcoming. This was a terrific place for a winter respite, to escape the harsh New England weather, and we plan on returning next year.

Beautiful and Newly remodeled condo!

This is the best property we have ever rented - Clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was top notch - from the furnishings to the new kitchen and baths. The view from the enclosed lanai was breathtaking - wonderful to watch the water and the comings and goings on the bridge to Sanibel. The sunsets were different every night and relaxing to watch. There are opportunities to exercise, shop and take advantage of the many local attractions, or simply enjoy the pool and soak up the sun - or take a day trip to one of the many nearby beaches. The kitchen was new and had everything one would need to make a great meal, and if you want to grill a steak, there are gas grills available just down by the pool. There is no shortage of restaurants nearby if cooking is not for you! Lots of local seafood restaurants - and if you love scallops, head on down Sanibel's Periwinkle Way and hit the Clam Shack, their scallops are to die for :) The owner and the property manager were both wonderful to work with ! I would highly recommend this lovely property for your next Ft. Myers getaway!

From the moment we saw it, we fell in love with this condo and its fabulous oceanfront location on San Carlos Bay at the foot of the Sanibel/Captiva Causeway. We are both recently retired and enjoy traveling and exploring the world.

Why they chose this property

Fantastic views of the Bay and Sanibel Bridge. Lots to see with boats cruising by your window. The Marriott hotel with its five restaurants and the Sanibel Harbor Yacht Club are within walking distance of the condo. The iconic beaches of Sanibel/ Captiva islands that are world renown for shelling are just over the bridge. Fort Myers Beach with its miles of sandy beaches, great shopping and dining is short drive away.
