We enjoyed the property and how convenient it was to local restaurants and the beach! We left our car parked all weekend and walked everywhere. This was the perfect place for 2 of us for a getaway weekend!

We went “off-season”, in early October. Very peaceful! Great location. Clean, historic property. Loved sitting on the porch in the afternoon sun. Plenty of parking this time of year, too.

Thank you for your review. The space for this apartment is shown via pictures on the app. There is only one bedroom and one pullout couch. I have many other units that accommodate four adults/older children. The other units are a little higher in price, but definitely have more space. Most of the renters that have chosen this unit have done so with mostly two adults or families with small children. I’m sorry that the square footage did not meet your expectations.

This is a clean and cozy, lovely accommodation in a fabulous location. The host was easy to communicate with and even extended our entry and departure time. She also offered suggestions for local places to enjoy. Easy parking by the house and we walked everywhere.

Comfortable space in a great location

Comfortable and cozy apartment in a fantastic location. Quick walk to the beach, and walkable to all the shops along the Washington Street Mall area as well as to restaurants near the water.

Beautiful spot to relax!

We had a great stay during the off-season. Great location for taking walks to shopping, meals, beach, or just to see the lovely setting. Sweetly decorated. Walls are a little thin, but not a big issue for us and common in old-style homes - worth it for the setting!
