This house served us well!

As first time snowbirds, we were hoping for a property that “fit” our family’s needs. This house served us well! The floor plan allowed the adults to cook, play games together and watch TV while our little ones slept. The kitchen was beautiful, well stocked and easy to cook in. The patio allowed us extra seating for meals and it was an awesome place for “happy hour”. The seating in the family room was ample for the eight of us and the fireplace was a lovely touch to our spring evenings. We can’t say enough about the property manager! She was personable, kind and very responsive. We’d stay here again!!!

Holidays in Carlsbad

This property was very well located near Ponto beach and within walking distance including walking trails throughout the community. There’s also easy access to I-5 going and Hwy 101 going north and south along with amenities including grocery store just down the road. When we arrived after a long flight from Kauai, the place was very warm and inviting. This property was also clean and very comfortable. We have two older daughters that live close by and when they came over, we felt the house had plenty of room for 4 adults. The neighborhood was a mix of young families and retirees. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again.
