A good stay

All in all a very good stay house was warm and pretty cosy. Most of the rooms were pretty spacious. Was close to everything if you wanted to wander around narbonne.

Nous avons passé notre été dans cette maison, qui possède effectivement un charme certain et une situation idéale : quartier tranquille, proche des commodités, et un extérieur agréable. La maison est bien agencée pour 7 personnes.Cependant, plusieurs points ont gâché notre séjour et méritent d’être signalés pour les futurs locataires :Entretien général : La maison n’est pas entretenue correctement. Nous avons eu des poignées de porte qui restaient dans les mains, des brosses cassées, des chaises qui se déboîtaient, et pleins d'autres encore… Ce sont des détails qui, cumulés, rendent le quotidien compliqué.Équipement insuffisant : Pour 7 personnes, le frigo est trop petit, surtout en période de forte chaleur. Impossible de tout conserver au frais, ce qui pose un vrai problème pour les repas et les boissons. De même, il n’y a que 3 transats et 2 grandes chaises de piscine pour 7 : c’est très insuffisant pour profiter pleinement de l’extérieur.Climatisation : Le titre de l’annonce mentionne la "clim", mais il s’agit en réalité de ventilateurs, dont un au plafond inutilisable à cause du bruit. À 40, c’est très décevant et inconfortable.Nous avons signalé ces problèmes au propriétaire, qui nous a répondu que le rangement était notre responsabilité. Pourtant, l’entretien et l’équipement relèvent bien de sa charge puisque nous avons dû dégeler le frigo.
