L’hébergement est propre et bien que petit il est bien équipé. Il est bien situé pas très loin du marché réputé de Talensac et on est rapidement en ville. Dans les pistes de progrès, il faudrait travailler à supprimer une odeur d’humidité probablement liée à un dégât des eaux récents.

Un dégât des eaux lié au voisin du dessus, je n'y suis vraiment pour rien. Mais c'est en cours de réparation si les assurances et syndic sont plus rapides

Tout était parfait ! Studio tout confort et particulièrement bien localisé pour profiter pleinement du centre ville de Nantes..Marie a été particulièrement réactive à mes demandes et hospitalière..Je recommande vivement !
