Renovated in 2021 to accommodate up to 8 people, it is established on 2 levels with a beautiful sunny terrace for idleness. The sea is at the end of the street. It is located in a quiet area so no parties or parties.
Free provision of 6 adult bikes and 1 child (6-9 years old) to move everywhere without any worries about parking.
The house, renovated in 2021, has a 30m2 terrace that allows you to enjoy your meals as well as your moments of idleness under the sun.
The house also has a relaxing and cocooning lounge with fireplace to warm up during the beautiful winter evenings.
The house is located in the village of the Pironnière district, a quiet and residential seaside area of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Every day in high season, you can go to the nearby market. Local shops are easily accessible.
6 adult bikes and 1 child allow you to move freely on the city of sands with many developed and secure cycle paths nearby.
The house is ideal for 4 adults and 4 children. 8 adults may feel slightly cramped depending on their habit.
The house is not suitable for pets.
No possibility of renting sheets and towels. During school holidays, minimum of 5 days or even 7 days in July and August.
