MAIN HOUSE

Serve hors d’oeuvres in the inviting living room. Or watch favorite shows in the sunlit family room, detailed with a large smart TV.

Prepare tasty meals in the sparkling full kitchen. Sip morning coffee at a breakfast table for four. Chill favorite bottles in the wine fridge, then gather in the lovely dining room for eight.

Occupying the entire lower level, the spacious primary suite features a private entrance, floor-to-ceiling windows, a smart TV, and a king bed. The en-suite bathroom holds a walk-in shower, while an en-suite kitchenette includes a microwave, a Keurig, and a mini-fridge.

Occupying the whole top floor, the roomy second suite has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a harbor-view balcony. Extras include a Keurig and a mini-fridge. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom holds a full-size bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a smart TV, a full-size bed, and a twin bed with a twin trundle. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds.

The guest bathroom is fitted with a clawfoot tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience.

Dine alfresco on the harbor-view deck, then enjoy after-dinner drinks by a charming fountain on the covered back patio.

OAR HOUSE

The detached oar house is a quaint studio cottage with a full-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A convenient kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge.

BOAT HOUSE

Attached to the private dock, the boat house is a roomy studio cottage with a full-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Additional highlights include a well-equipped kitchen, and a cheery sitting area with an electric fireplace.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Fire up the brand-new gas grill and cookout by your scenic private dock, featuring deep water moorings as well as provided boats and kayaks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
