We loved our stay! The house was well-equipped for our family of 8. Everything was just as described in the listing and Jennifer was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we reached out. This was our first time staying in the area and out of all the places we’ve stayed in Florida, by far our favorite. It’s easy to get around and we appreciate the local feel. We definitely want to come back!

Perfect house, pool and location for our family. All three couples had comfortable king size beds and our own bathroom. The kids loved their bunk bedroom. Can’t wait to visit again!

This spot is perfect in every way: location is close to beach, but quiet on the cul de sac. The house is well equipped with pool and beach items, a golf cart, and kitchen/porch space. (Shout out for details such as a rolling pin -which we needed/used), ample start up supplies and a very attentive and helpful host. Should we come to 30-A again, we all agreed we would stay here again. (We had 6 adults and 3 children here for a week.). Thank you Jennifer!

This place checked all the boxes for us! Great location with a short 5 min walk to the beach which made it easy with kids! Quiet neighborhood, very clean, awesome pool and outdoor area, and beds were very comfortable.

I rented this house for my 50th birthday girls trip. The house is perfect for this and accomodated everyone with beds and bathrooms (we weren't fighting for space in a bathroom with 7 women!). The house is so cute and "beachy" and looked just liked the pictures. We had a pool day, which was so nice and relaxing (they provide pool towels as well). We wished that we had one more lounge chair as there were 7 of us (there were 6). The bugs were also AWFUL when we were there (obviously, not the host's fault) so bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out by the pool. The beach was really close - a short walk but you do have to go across the street which I guess I didn't realize (no big deal). To our surprise, they provided enough beach chairs for all of us (instead of just 4), a cooler, and a couple of beach tents or shade tents so this was awesome! We had everything we needed for our beach day. The beach is private which is AWESOME - no crowds and the sand/water are gorgeous! The golf cart was nice but you can't turn left to go towards Rosemary Beach so we were kind of bummed about that (again, not the host's fault). Rosemary Beach and all of 30A is so cute and quaint with the shops and restaurants. You won't be disappointed with the area or this beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home.From the moment we arrived the home felt welcoming, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. It was clean, beautifully maintained and well equipped. The layout was ideal for gatherings inside and out. The home is steps from the beach and also tucked away on a quiet cul de sac.Our host was so kind and responsive and easy to communicate with. She truly made our stay smooth , comfortable and stress free. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a special getaway .

Perfect spot and great home

House and property were perfect, short watch to the beach, and plenty of chairs, umbrellas, etc to be used. The golf cart was great! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beach vacation
