This place was conveniently close to town so we could walk almost everywhere, including the start of the Leadville 100 Run which we were in town for. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to eat in. The food welcome basket with coffee made us feel at home.

We were very happy to host you. Glad it was a good Pb 100 race weekend, what an accomplishment!
Great location -- only 3 blocks from the Leadville Trail Marathon start, plus a nice fire pit area for friends to gather. The house has plenty of room if you don't mind sharing 1 bathroom. We did not cook since we found good restaurants in town, but the kitchen is stocked with the essentials. The owner is good at communicating, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and especially congratulations to the runners, a huge accomplishment! We hope you come back soon!
Leadville is a gem and this house fits right in. It’s historic and charming and the hosts have thought of every detail. There is only one bathroom- which was fine for our family of 4, but could be something to juggle if you max out the capacity with 10 people. You can walk down to shops and restaurants or hunker down after skiing and cook dinner. We can’t wait to go back. We will surely stay again!

We’re so glad you enjoyed Leadville and your stay, we look forward to your return! All our best until next time.
The owner was great to communicate with and provided us a long list of great family activities we can do in town. The house is in walking distance to the coffee shop and all the downtown bars and shopping. The Ski shop is literally next door. (great shop to rent from) The owner let us borrow the sleds to go to the local sledding hill along with snowshoes if we wanted. Can't say enough great things.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay, we hope you'll come back soon! Happy 2023!
This was the best place we've stayed in Leadville, perhaps of any of the VRBOs we've stayed in across the US. Everything is is as advertised, and more. We were blown away with the thoughtful nature and attention to detail around the entire house and property. The communication with the owner was very seamless. The comfort and overall experience was next level. We will be back!

We are so happy you had a great time in Pb and congrats on the race! We would love to have back anytime. All our best.
We stayed here during a family vacation to Leadville, there were five adults total. The house was very clean, well kept and well stocked. The outdoor firepit area was a hit, great for unwinding and relaxing after a day of adventuring. Our hosts were wonderful, couldn't have been more accommodating. Martha communicated well answered all our questions and had good suggestions for things to do.
Leadville is a great town to use as a base for all types of activities whether is climbing a 14er or window shopping, it's all there. We enjoyed walking around town early in the morning to get coffee and again at the end of the day to get ice cream.
What was even better is that we had a sudden and tragic family emergency and had to cut our trip short abruptly. Martha was awesome in understanding that we had to leave quickly to go home without doing the usual clean up and checkout. It was not a problem. Would certainly work with this owner again!
