My wife and I both enjoyed a relaxing stay. Very quiet area and very nice neighbors. Sitting outback with the fire pit was the highlight of the evenings with the sunset. We will definitely keep this in mind for future vacations!

The cottage was perfect. Close to town and the beach as well as Kiptopeke State Park, where we enjoyed a long morning of hiking. The grocery store was also only minutes away which was perfect for last minute pick-ups.The cottage was clean with a beautiful aesthetic - minimal but with everything you need. My daughter and I had a four day stay (M-F) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our favorite restaurants were The Shanty for great seafood and A.J.s for pub-like cuisine (my daughter raved about the honey chicken).The Cape Charles beach was PERFECT for a morning walk and some beach time. We walked through the quaint town and did some shopping, had ice cream at The Brown Dog, and breakfast at The Cape Charles Coffee House (you have to try the French toast).A wonderful last minute getaway to end our summer.

This is a wonderful house conveniently located to the shops and restaurants in Cape Charles. The house was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable with quality bedding, the kitchen well stocked. Loved the layout of the house. Lots of places to sit inside and out. Hosts were in communication and provided all the information we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely beach cottage

What the title says -- this is a lovely little beach cabin, less than 5 minutes away from town, and set back from the main road on a large property. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this property in the future.

Great little spot

This is a great spot for a small family or group of friends. About a 5 minute drive to brewery/downtown/beach, and the host provides just about everything needed. Great customer service and experience all around!

From the moment we booked this home, we had wonderful communication with the owner. They worked with us through a winter weather event and showed kindness & concern. Once we arrived, the home was just as described. The home had ample supplies & blankies & all the comforts of home. We didn’t spend time on the porch but from the kitchen window we watched a hawk on the hunt in the field out back, swooping down for a snack. This house was simply perfect for our weekend getaway. I look forward to staying again.

Awesome place relax after a day at the beach

This house is spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and it is a short drive to town and the beach. The rooms are larger and it was exactly as pictured. We had a great time and would stay here again!
