This place is the greatest! Warm, clean, beautifully decorated and convenient located. Walkable to many restaurants, a convenience store, pizza, ice cream, sushi, and more! We've stayed here twice and just love it. Noah is always prompt, personable and courteous when communicating.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Congress Park! The location was excellent and incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to see and do while visiting Denver.The neighborhood was very nice, the property was comfortable and welcoming, and the beds were especially comfortable after long days exploring the city. Everything about the location made getting around Denver easy and convenient.We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again on a future trip to Denver. Five stars all around!

Property was perfect for our two nights in Denver. Situated in a cute neighborhood, walking distance to yummy sushi, pizza and ice cream. Also just 5 minutes from Trader Joe’s. You are limited if you are trying to cook, but they do say that in the description. Was nice to have laundry after traveling all week to other parts of CO. Beds were comfortable, kids loved having an old school Nintendo to play on. Some quirks of an older property, but all in all, great stay for the final leg of our trip.

This property is really cute. Great neighborhood. A couple walkable restaurants. The apartment had everything you need. Had coffee, tea, spices and oil. All kitchen appliances. Also, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Was a great place to come back to after a day of touring.Would highly recommend.

Great stay and amazing location. Cute neighborhood with resturants/coffee shop/wine bar down the street. Safe to walk anywhere. There’s tons of street parking, the home was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable place to stay when visiting Denver! Everything you could possibly need or want is right inside or outside the door! Great cozy place to rest and enjoy the people your are with. Great coffee place steps outside the door at the French Press. Awesome pizza across the street at the Blue Pan. Noah the host was extremely helpful and very welcoming. Beds extremely comfortable. Went to the Denver Broncos game Sunday evening. Took the light rail right to the stadium. Beautiful and interesting area in and around Union Station! Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again! Definitely a “10” on our list of VRBO rentals! Thank you Noah!

We really appreciate how family friendly it was and that places to eat were right outside the door. Alot of the major denver attractions with kids was only a short drive away. The bed was insanely comfortable and the place was so neat with little instructions available to explain any questions we may have had, along with a binder of information. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Great Location in Denver with an amazing pizza place next door. We did a great walk from the house to the botanical gardens and then Cherry Creek shopping district. We found the home to be clean and well appointed. We plan on returning.

I was slightly reluctant at first because this property was a lower level (basement). As soon as I walked through the door that reluctance vanished. The space is open, modern, and is excellently finished. Stone's throw to food, coffee, and other amenities. Wouldn't hesitate to book this again next time im in Denver! Thanks Noah!

We found the property to just as advertised. The host was responsive and friendly. Everything was clean. The only minor issue was occasional parking scarcity. I think this is unavoidable in this older part of Denver. Most of the time we were able to park right next to the entrance, so it was not a big problem. The restaurants nearby were in walking distance and very nice. The neighborhood seemed like a safe area.

The air b&b was so cute, i loved all the decor there were tons of amenities that made it feel like home away from home. We would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic and the neighborhood is beautiful
