VIBE: All the design choices are curated to create a luxurious-yet-comfortable look. Exposed brick walls in almost every room, high ceilings, an incredible bar top made from a cross-section of a 180-year-old oak tree (floating shelves in the kitchen came from the same tree!), wide granite countertops (so much counter space!) and high-end tall cabinets, stainless steel appliances. A 75-inch TV with built-in surround-sound system provides captivating entertainment in the cozy living room space, with a 2nd, 60-inch TV at the foot of the king bed in one bedroom. The shower has three shower heads, including a large "rain" style head directly above. In-unit laundry machines mean that you can stay comfortably, even on an extended visit! One bedroom contains office/desk space, and the whole property has free and fast wi-fi access, perfect for those guests who work remotely.
FABULOUS LOCATION: Located near the Bluebird art district in East Denver and at the heart of the Congress Park neighborhood, minutes away from the Zoo, Botanic Garden, Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Our space is located in the very heart of the Congress Park neighborhood in East Denver, on a block that is surrounded by amazing restaurants and amenities! The front door is literally steps from fine dining (Blue Pan Pizza, Ronin Sushi), casual dining (Crepes 'n Crepes, the French Press), coffee/breakfast (Under The Umbrella Cafe and Bakery, The French Press), a popular ice cream shoppe (Sweet Cooie's), and a neighborhood-anchoring liquor/convenience store (Capitol Heights Pharmacy). It is also just three blocks from the Bluebird theatre and all the great food, art and entertainment that the Bluebird District of Colfax has to offer, and it is only a five minute walk to the 9+CO development at 9th & Colorado Blvd, which offers a variety of hip restaurants & shops as well as a 10-screen AMC movie theater! 10 mins from Downtown, 5 mins from the famous Cherry Creek Shopping District, close to public transport and a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride to most of Denver's attractions.

We really appreciate how family friendly it was and that places to eat were right outside the door. Alot of the major denver attractions with kids was only a short drive away. The bed was insanely comfortable and the place was so neat with little instructions available to explain any questions we may have had, along with a binder of information. Would definitely recommend and come back again!
My daughter and I had a great stay at Noah’s. The location was wonderful with coffee shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The apartment is cute and the beds were comfortable.

Great Location in Denver with an amazing pizza place next door. We did a great walk from the house to the botanical gardens and then Cherry Creek shopping district. We found the home to be clean and well appointed. We plan on returning.
The air b&b was so cute, i loved all the decor there were tons of amenities that made it feel like home away from home. We would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic and the neighborhood is beautiful

We really loved our stay at this cute home. It was in walking distance to little restaurants and the venue we were going to for a concert. The neighborhood seems very safe and the hosts were incredible. I would definitely stay here again.
A lovely, cozy place in a wonderful, central location. Just steps to a small business district with restaurants etc, and a few blocks' walk from grocery stores and the Denver Botanic Garden. Easy access to downtown Denver.

Hello! My name is Noah Lyman, and I am a co-host along with my wife, CiCi. I'm a Colorado native, and grew up in typical Colorado fashion - skiing since age 3, hiking, mountain biking, camping, etc. My wife is from the other side of the globe, Taiwan, and we've been married since 2009. It's been really fun and enlightening teaching each other about our native cultures, foods, and experiences. These days, we're pretty busy taking care of our two kids, Declan and Lyana; when time allows, we still enjoy the outdoors (skiing/snowboarding, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, etc.), but our true love is traveling. We try to take at least one or two awesome family trips per year. We would be thrilled to have you as guests in our basement suite - we take our jobs as hospitality providers very seriously, and our guests' comfort is our #1 priority. Why they chose this property
We have lived in Congress Park for almost eleven years, in two different houses. Congress Park is a small, long-established and tight-knit neighborhood in East Denver, and we long ago fell in love with it. It hosts a fantastic elementary school - Teller Elementary (catty corner from our home!) - as well as various delicious restaurants, a plethora of amazing small businesses, and several beautiful parks & open spaces, including soccer fields, playgrounds, a community pool, and tennis & pickleball courts. What we like most about the neighborhood are the people though - the residents are very friendly and polite, and everyone is welcome.
What makes this property unique
As you can see from our pictures, our space is comfy and inviting, with attractive finishes and luxury touches, BUT, in my opinion, the most special thing about our property is the LOCATION! It is hard to communicate how conveniently located the suite is; we are located at an intersection that could be described as the "social center" of the neighborhood, a small hub of shops and restaurants that are literally right outside the front door! At this location, guests will never have to worry about food or convenience items. From the front door, all of the following are within half a block or less: Blue Pan Pizza (read the reviews - world class Detroit-style pizza), The French Press (great little breakfast & lunch cafe with good coffee), Under the Umbrella (walk-up coffee shop with sandwiches, breakfast burritos, juice, etc.), Ronin Sushi (high-end sushi, ramen & Japanese fare), Sweet Cooie's (an adorable & popular old-school ice cream shoppe that features outdoor music on Friday evenings during the Summer!), Crepes 'n Crepes (French-style crepes cafe), and the Capitol Heights Pharmacy, a little store that has been open since the late 1800's and serves as a liquor store, convenience store AND pharmacy, and is also a central hub of the neighborhood. Furthermore, the door to the space is on a well-lit and heavily travelled street, so safety is not an issue, and the way the property is situated is such that there are no other homes adjacent, so there will never be any issues with neighbors. In other words, a luxurious retreat with all the privacy, amenities and access you will ever need!
