Amazing house and location!

The house was big and spacious, a rare find in Costa Rica. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It’s well laid out with 3 good sized bedrooms. The hall bath has a skylight with plants that’s a beautiful surprise. The pool has enough shade to keep you from getting too warm. The walk to the main strip is quick and easy. The owner is super nice and responsive and his general manager, Lisa, is a real gem. They took care of an issue that we had right away. They really care and want you to enjoy your stay. We would recommend this property to our family and friends and will stay here again!

Our stay was extraordinary !

Whether it was during check-in and communication with Gregory, organizing our arrival and our stay on site managed by Lisa. Everything was impeccable! The house is superb with a very beautiful garden with swimming pool (maintained even during our stay). Lisa was a great help to us throughout our stay. Being with babies, she checked on us regularly to make sure everything was okay and that we didn't need anything. She also took us on site to visit the surrounding areas to find out about interesting spots in particular but also put us in contact with different people to allow us to carry out the activities we wanted to do (surf teacher (Thank you Lisbeth for this great time!) , guide (Thank you L.A for all the outings/visits and incredible landscapes you showed us)). The house is well located with shops and restaurants nearby as well as the beach. We recommend +++!

Nice House with Private Pool

Nice, clean, well equipped, three bedroom house in quiet neighborhood with a private pool. Owner and property manager are terrific! We will definitely return to this property.

Hi, I am Gregory

I live in Virginia, with my wife and kids, and work for a government affairs firm in DC. I also have a side gig as a realtor and am a partner in a real estate investment company.

Some things my family and I love are traveling, getting to know new places and people, trying new foods, hiking in the mountains, camping on comfortable nights (wife not so much), and visiting with family and friends. I especially love the ocean while my wife is a big fan of good wine and strong coffee in the morning.

I’ve stayed in short term rentals in the U.S. and abroad and strongly prefer them over hotels. I am truly excited to host my first home in Jaco, Costa Rica.
