Comfortable beach condo, perfect for a party of 4. A queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Experience life by the ocean at the Pajaro Dunes Resort. A relaxing getaway in a secluded little paradise.

Our condo is right on the sand dunes which provides an amazing view of the coastal landscape and a slight peak of the ocean. We may have older decor and furnishings, but it's comfortable and perfect for a family who wants an enjoyable & affordable beach vacation. We have great rates for that beach vacation your family is needing! It is perfect for a small family vacation where memories can be made. First floor beach access - makes it an easy, quick little walk to the beach for kids and grandparents. And easy for unloading the car from the parking lot (first level has easy ramp access). Facing Santa Cruz, our condo has a nice view to enjoy the sunset.

This condo offers a clean, well stocked kitchen and living room with all the essentials you need for a comfortable vacation. Enjoy beautiful sunsets while sitting in the deck and having your morning coffee or tea. Our fully equipped condo rests on top of the sand dunes and lets you enjoy the sound of the waves right from your bedroom or around a cozy electric fireplace in the living room. (Free high speed wireless community WIFI.) Walk down to the beach and watch the waves meet the shore. We are within a gated community which provides security 24/7. Conveniently located right in between Santa Cruz and Monterey County. Our condo is professionally cleaned and maintained with on site care for all your needs. Staff available 7 days a week!

Enjoy the sunrise and sunset everyday and take in the gorgeous wildlife. Our Pickle Ball, basketball, and tennis courts throughout the resort are perfect to have fun with the whole family. We have sports equipment available from our property manager. With On site staff, a Lobby Gift Store for your everyday essentials or that souvenir to treasure your vacation memories & guest services to help with any of your needs. Housekeeping & maintenance available to help with troubleshooting wifi or helping with the tv, anything that comes up we are here to help! The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing Adventure

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights and had an absolute blast! We are already planning another visit. Everyone at the property was super nice and it’s a fantastic locations. Some amenities were a little dated and the front door lock needs to be redone but that was all very minor compared to the amazing stay we had. Can’t wait to come back and bring my other friends.

Great property but needs work

The condo has a lot of potential. The morning ocean view and evening sunset is divine!! Area seemed to be secluded/not commercialized which was what we wanted to have a relaxing get away. Easy walking access to the beach. Constructive criticism.…the condo is dated. The inside needs to be cleaned & dusted. Shower stopped up on first day, bedding is old, dingy and torn. Kitchen faucet did not work properly, pet stains &/or spills on the carpets, none of the curtains opened or closed easily or properly. Second bedroom needs paint & was depressing to view. This may sound really picky, but you really should have all matching wine glasses/dishes instead of having completed with a bunch of odds and ends…After all it is all part of the experience. With a few changes we would definitely stay at your location again. Thank you for allowing us to critique your condo in order to make it better.
