The unit was as listed. Beautiful, living room furniture uncomfortable. Stove is hard to clean. Cooking pans need to be better variety. Other than these few items, it was fantastic!! Would definitely stay in this unit again!!

Excellent choice. Condo was everything that we needed. Location was perfect. Cleanliness was above reproach. Loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the water and beachgoers. Thanks for a great get away.

Great location, easy access to the beach and had a great pool! The condo itself had nice updates but lacked cleanliness. When we checked in, I noticed crumbs on the rug in the living room, we found a ball of long dark hair attached to the side of the couch, mold on the upstairs bathroom ceiling and a sock under the upstairs bed. Communication was great with the property manager when we had issues arise.

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect and close to everything. The beach was gorgeous. Everything we needed was at the condo… extra pillows, blankets, a coffee maker plus keurig and even multiple fans. The check in and out instructions were clear and went seamlessly. We didn’t have a single issue the entire week. We especially loved that the beach chairs and umbrellas were included daily and set up for us close to and facing the water. Loved the pool as well… the white fencing made it feel secluded and private. Thanks for making our vacation one to remember! Will definitely be staying at Crystal Sands 312B again!

My husband and I stayed with our three children (5, 9, 12) for spring break and we had a great time. The condo is spacious and beautifully updated. You can’t beat the view and easy beach access. We had a minor issue in the bathroom when we arrived and the management company sent someone over to fix it within a couple of hours. We will be back!

The condo was amazing! We were so impressed with the space, how cute it was and the view was amazing. We enjoyed being able to walk right down to the beach every day! It was a great location as well. We had 4 adults and it was more than enough space for our family!
