BACKYARD: You will have your own total privacy and the backyard features. The entire pool could be closed and opened by retractable awnings. There is also a summer shower, floatiest, gas barbecue, dining table and the speakers. A brand-new pool could be heated up 90°, which is included with the booking.

INDOOR LIVING: There is a u-shape sofa to put your feet up and 70*inch Smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi and streaming services.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, brand new cabinets and dining table.

BEDROOMS: All three bedrooms provided with the best firm mattresses and the best soft white linens you will ever sleep on. All three bedrooms features panoramic windows with plenty of sunlight.

We have stayed in numerous places around Deerfield Beach and this was one of the nicest. I prefer oceanfront but this was the next best thing. The pool and backyard are very clean. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. The interior is spacious and comfortable. It has basic pantry items but so close to stores for anything you might need. The house is in a great location, easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We had one issue with the air conditioner but it was addressed immediately and resolved. We would definitely recommend.

The design of the house is beautiful with a lovely caged pool. The beds were all very comfortable too. The seating to eat however is not adequate. We were 7 and it is open for 7, but has only 5 stools at the counter and no interia dining table, nor one outside as shown in pictures. The pool was 66 degrees when arrived ( advertised at 90) and after several calls got to 86 by our last day. Easy fixes and would be really perfect. Thanks!

It was very cold, 32°, which is very unusual for Florida, and the pool simply does not have time to heat up when it is so cold.

We spent 2 fantastic weeks in this beautiful home. Edward was a gracious host, sharing his house with our family. This house was so perfect for us and our adult kids, we could walk to the beach, several restaurants, stores, bars, night life. The Cove is such a great, peaceful, lovely, safe neighborhood. This house had a really good feeling, good carma, spending quality time with our family. Waking up in the morning and walking directly out to the pool was so relaxing, soothing and beautiful. It had the convenience of a beautifully remodeled kitchen, full size fridge and ice maker, plenty of room for everyone at the counter, the peaceful blue accent lights around the pool was so welcoming in the evenings. I met Edward the first day we checked in, he was gracious, welcoming, had information about the neighborhood and some restaurants that he enjoyed. This house was simply amazing in the best location ever! Thank you Edward for providing us with a safe, clean beautiful vacation. It was the absolute best ever! Look forward to another vacation in this outstanding home!

Beautiful House

Beautiful home; extremely clean; very roomy; great location! The pool was fantastic!!! We walked everywhere! About 20 min walking to the beach! My ONLY complaint were the beds - they were extremely hard but some may like that; but the property still deserves 5 stars!
