Once a large working boat yard on the Kennebunk River, it has been transformed into 6 condos, each with its own nautical character. The views of the river and of the bridge into town make a peaceful backdrop for your vacation stay. Relaxing on the 4 season porch with the Jotel gas stove is cozy in winter, and bright and airy in summer. A short walk to the restaurants and shops at Dock Square, and only a mile to the Beach! Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, wine fridge, plus full sized washer/dryer makes for an easy stay. Beach chairs and beach towels in the unit mean no bulky packing for your trip! Reserve Now!

This location of this property cannot be beat, walkable to Dock Square - where parking can be a challenge. The three bedrooms and three baths worked great for 3 couples. Great value!

This condo is a gem!! Beautiful, modern, and clean rooms with a lovely kitchen and dining area. Gorgeous sun room with a fantastic view of the river. It is a short walk to the towns of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport which have lots of great restaurants and shops. Host was very nice and easy to reach if necessary. We all loved out stay here very much!!

Fantastic Location! A quick walk to everything that Kennebunk has to offer without the headache of finding parking. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. You will spend the majority of your time in the sunroom - what a view! There is a special treat for early risers, enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the town. The 4 of us had an excellent stay as there were 2 king bedrooms and bathrooms attached. The 3rd bedroom was twin beds and a bath down the hall but not a problem for us as we were 2 couples. Loved the sun room with a beautiful view of the water and looking across to the bridge into kennebunkport. Would highly recommend this condo as it was easy to walk to town.

This is the perfect location to experience Kennebunkport. An easy walk to dock square, coffee, restaurants. The condo is very comfortable with a beautiful sunrise view of the river and dock square. This was our second stay and we hope for many more.

My newest place in Kennebunk, Maine will follow those goals as well for an enjoyable relaxing stay.

Why they chose this property

Kennebunkport is a wonderful village on the coast of Maine, with terrific shops and restaurants, as well as proximity to a number of docks where captains of deep sea fishing vessels can take guests for adventures. There are beaches of all sorts close by, and shops with crafts and artwork galore!
