WATERFRONT Home on Deep Canal with private Pool, Spa and Dockage

On a wide, deep-water canal, this Resort like home features over 1,700 sq. ft. with 2 BR 2 BA plus a sitting room. You'll be captivated by the view from the glass doors leading onto a sprawling deck overlooking the crystal-clear canal. Chef's kitchen with granite countertops, professional gas range & oven, all stainless appliances and an enormous island. Bright sitting room, perfect for appreciating the view. 60' seawall with plenty of depth for a deep draft boat and ample turn around space.
A refundable damage deposit of $1000 will be held in your credit card used for booking for a period of 7 days, this hold of $1000 will commence 2 days prior to your checkout and will be in our custody for a period of 7 days. Subject to damages the relevant amount depending on the damage will be covered with the deposit and any remaining amount will be dispersed back to you card.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn AC thermostat to 75
Please Clean fish station. Please put all used chum boxes, used bait, etc into garbage bags before throwing them away in the trash bin out front. Please make sure all water spigots are turned off.
Please rinse all snorkel gear before putting away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We stayed here for two weeks. Was an awesome trip! Home was very clean and well appointed with everything we could have needed. Lovely spot with beautiful surroundings inside and out. Our 28ft Grady White was very happy right out the back door, and made it easy for lots of boating adventure. Ruth and Traci were only a pleasure to work with.

A rarity, this property was actually even nicer than described! The owner and property manager were a delight to work with. The golf course was a bit of a disappointment, but we still had a great time in Marathon.

Things we love to do in the Keys

We love to go to the Keys for boating, fishing, lobstering, free diving, etc.. This property is the perfect location. Boat can be in the back yard. Home is beautiful & comfortable. Property is beautiful. Our host was always in contact range and quick to,accommodate us with any issues, concerns, questions, etc.

What't not to like about Marathon. Beautiful water, great restaurants. Close enough to visit the other keys and take in their beauty. Walked and walked in Key West. Glad for the ride back to the place.

Great two weeks

Had a great two weeks. Property manager communication was on point. Unit was pet friendly, clean and well supplied to include drinks, snacks and condiments. Boat dockage was an easy in/out, had a bait freezer and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying next year with the new pool.

I can't rave enough about this incredible VRBO! The back dock is perfect for your boat, and the stunning pool was our daily favorite for relaxing fun. The house was wonderful. It was clean, excellent appliances, excellent dishes, large living space, huge deck, plenty of room for a boat plus fishing, large bait freezer, cleaning table, and parking for a trailer plus vehicles.
