My wife and I had a really great experience with this Asheville rental. The apartment was easy to get to, quiet and private. The fenced backyard was great for our pup! Clean, well-appointed and comfortable this was a wonderful place to stay for our quick overnight trip see a concert at Hellbender. Definitely hope this spot is available again the next time we are in Asheville. Thanks!

Great location, but the property itself is pretty bare-bones. We arrived to sticky counters and some hair in the shower. The whole thing was just pretty low quality…perfectly fine for a short stay where you’re mostly out and about. Or if you’re just on a budget. Just be prepared for a no-frills place to sleep.

The location was fantastic and the unit has been nicely renovated. The check-in instructions were very thorough and the welcome book had so many recommendations for places to go and things to eat. We enjoyed our short visit!

Property is fairly worn down. Ran into the cleaner leaving 10 minutes after check in time. Asked about early check in and was sent an automated response stating I could pay 25-50 to check in early. This apartment was modern and seemed up to date, with a nice fenced in backyard. Only negative was the bathroom had several hairs in the shower which made me question its cleanliness. The host was responsive and overall we had a great stay.

Great stay!

We recently spent almost a week at this VRBO and would definitely book again. The property was exactly as described, very clean, really comfortable beds, and the fenced in yard for our doggo was perfect! Location is convenient to Asheville and Weaverville. Groceries, restaurants, breweries, parks, all a few minutes away. Communication with the manager was always prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Very functional and convenient

This is a very reasonably priced and modest apartment with easy access to Asheville and the Blue Ridge. It is not elegant but functional, with all the needed supplies. .And the dog was very content!
