3 bedroom chalet for 6 persons near Fuente del Gallo/Conil, with private pool and garden, with aircon and Wifi, near to the beaches Casa Francis-1 is a very well equipped holiday home near to the beach of Fuente del Gallo. The private, protected pool and the nice garden are ideal for perfect holidays for the whole familiy.
Details:
- large living room with sofas, dining table and chairs, TV with int. and spanisch programmes, fireplace and air conditioner
- kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, baking oven, large fridge, microwave oven and all necessari kitchen
- 3 bedrooms, one with double bed (150 cm width) and two with two individual beds each (90 cm)
- 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with tub "en suite"to the main

There is a brick barbecue in the garden. The porch in front of the house is furnished with tabel and chairs, sunloungers for 4 persons. The pool measures 8 x 3,5 m.
There is a large rolling door in the entrance of the plot and there is enough parking space for 2 cars. There is a small store and a restaurant (on the camping) in abt. 400 m. The distance to the beach of Fuente del Gallo is 1000m, the beach of Puntalejos is 800m away.

El alojamiento está muy bien, cuidado, limpio y bien equipado. Muy bien situado respecto a la playa aunque para ir al pueblo hay que coger el coche pero no es un problema ya que está muy cerca.Único contratiempo solo hay un aparato de aire acondicionado y está situado en el salón con el incordio de estar temporizado a unos 20 minutos de reloj lo que obliga a estar utilizando el pulsador de EN MARCHA frecuentemente

Unas buenas Vacaciones

Nos alojamos en Casa Francis 2 y la experiencia fue muy buena. La casa está bien equipada, es cómoda y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. La ubicación es tranquila y perfecta para descansar. Como puntos de mejora, sería ideal que el aire acondicionado del salón no tuviera temporizador, ya que hay que reactivarlo cada pocas horas y, en días de levante, se echa en falta un funcionamiento continuo. También vendrían muy bien mosquiteras y ventiladores en las habitaciones, ya que en noches calurosas la combinación de calor y mosquitos sin mosquiteras puede resultar incómoda. En general, una estancia muy agradable que recomendamos, y que con estos pequeños ajustes sería perfecta.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Eine der besten, die wir bis jetzt in Conil.harren. Alles supersauber inkl. Grill. Die Matratzen NICHT durchgelegen, sondern wirklich bequem. Die Ausstattung hochwertig. Die Bilder sind zu 100% korrekt. Die Lage dank Sackgasse angenehm ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich, unaufdringlich und respektvoll. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

So ein tolles Haus!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße, somit ist Ruhe und Entspannung vorprogrammiert :) Das Haus sowie der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber! Das Grundstück ist komplett von einer hohen Mauer umgeben, unsere kleinen Hunde konnten ohne Probleme jeden Winkel erkunden ohne das wir Angst haben mussten, dass sie ausbrechen. Der Pool ist schön groß und komplett umzäunt. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt, große Dank an den Vermieter vor Ort der immer erreichbar war!

Schönes Haus, sehr sauber. Super schöner Pool. Ein Punkt Abzug wegen der miserablen Matratzen, bei denen man leider jede einzelne Metallfeder spürt.

Schönes Haus und sehr schönes und gepflegtes Außengelände. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Tipp: Fahrräder ausleihen, da es zu Fuß zum Strand oder in die Stadt doch etwas weit ist.

es la segunda vez que nos alojamos. primero en casa francis 1 y ésta vez en la dos. y repetiremos. la casa fenomenal, muy amplia, el jardín espacioso, para poder jugar el perro, y la piscina bastante grande. francisco super atento, tuvimos un pequeño problema y enseguida nos atendió y se soluionó en nada. repetiremos.

Calme assuré et bien situé

Nous avons trouvé cette résidence agréable avec un accueil sympathique et très discret. Francisco nous a fait confiance toute la semaine même jusqu’à la remise des clefs. La piscine est superbe mais à cette période trop froide 😂 le point négatif serait qu’il manque un peu d’accessoires style : sèche cheveux, cafetière électrique… mais endroit calme et bien situé 👍

Nuestra estancia en casa Francis-2 ha sido perfecta. El trato de Francisco ha sido exquisito,siempre pendiente de lo pudiéramos necesitar. La casa es preciosa, limpia y acogedora, muy bien equipada y con una piscina espectacular. Esperamos volver muy pronto y lo recomendamos al cien por cien.

Rustig gelegen vakantiehuis voor gezinnenenen.

Zwembad, tuin en terras zijn heerlijk. In het huis is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. We hebben een heerlijke gezinsvakantie gehad. Enig minpuntje is dat je een auto nodig hebt om naar de supermarkt en restaurants in Conil te komen. Naar het strand kun je prima binnen 10 tot 15 minuten lopen.

Fantástica casa en Conil. Zona tranquila, cerca de la playa. Piscina espectacular, y más aún la casa. Tanto el trato con casas-conil cómo con Francisco han sido perfecto. Profesionalidad excelente. Repetiría: Sí, 100%.
