We loved our stay at this location. We loved the Murphy bed in the living room- many nights we slept there, enjoying the sound of the ocean. The extras that were included- beach chairs, boogie board, sun umbrella- all made going to the beach more enjoyable. We have stayed at Capri by the Sea many times- this location was the best!

The view was stunning and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We were surprised to find that there was no central air conditioning. There was a window unit in the bedroom but it was very awkward to set up. We used the dusty fans to help cool the unit as well. The host was very nice and accommodating!

We were coming in for my mother's celebration of life and Jim was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, responsive and very respectful. The condo was perfect for my family. It was very clean and had everything that we needed.

Amazing views, comfortable beds and sofa. we especially enjoyed the closet with everything one would need to enjoy the beach, including beach towels. About as clean as the average hotel room, no complaints. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

The view from this 11th floor condo is unbelievable! Sitting in the recliners looking at the Pacific every day was the highlight! The property felt safe as all doors are locked, parking deck is gated & even the elevators once you are inside require a key fob. The pool is not technically on the same property. It’s a few buildings away but, we didn’t use it anyway. It is walkable to restaurants. Would recommend!

This was the PERFECT spot for the best views, easy access to the beach and the pier, shops, and so many fun restaurants/bars. Jim (host) was more than helpful with a tour of the property, easily reachable, and kind! I have definitely favorite this place for the next time I'm I'm San Diego!

Highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for easy beach access and beautiful views. There are also more nearby restaurants than originally listed, plus a grocery store within walking distance, which was very convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and did a great job explaining all of the accommodations.

The host was very instructional on our arrival. He guided us in and out of property. We stayed a week and had plenty of towels, and toiletries. The kitchen was full service with plenty of utensils. We enjoyed cooking and listening to the sounds of the ocean. Very clean and short walk to everything. Can’t wait to return next year Jim !

My husband and I stayed a week and would love to book Jim's place again. Fantastic view. Easy access to toes in the sand and strolls along the boardwalk, including Crystal pier, as well. Lots of restaurants nearby and walkable. Kitchen well-equipped. Closet with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more. The beds were very comfortable, even the Murphy bed mattress. Was so nice to fall asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean. Plenty of towels. Definitely a 10 place to stay. Oh, the parking spot in the garage is conveniently close to the elevators, too. Extremely accommodating. Thanks for everything, Jim.
