Vacation like you live here in this fully remodeled beach condo! This home is perfect for a family get together with plenty of space and it sleeps up to 7. Our modern condo comes with a 42" Flat Screen TV with cable and DVD player to spend some quality time. Enjoy the ocean breeze and wake up with the sound of the waves as your alarm clock.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to stay at home and cook some delicious meals. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms to keep everyone entertained. The master bedroom has a queen bed and guest bedroom has a queen bunk bed with a trundle. Both bathrooms have walk in showers with convenient grab bars suitable for everyone. This home is on the first level making it easily accessible to the beach where you can start your day and end your day with a stroll on the beach! Our condo faces Santa Cruz providing beautiful sunsets.

Spend your evenings admiring the greenery on your very own deck where you can grill with a propane BBQ (Propane is not provided but 1lb canisters are available in lobby store for purchase.) All pillows, linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Stop by our gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts, souvenirs, and great kites! Located in a gated community with an attendant 24 hours a day gives the comfort of a peaceful and quiet vacation.

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Conveniently located between Monterey and Santa Cruz makes for great day trips to enjoy fresh clam chowder at the wharf, the aquarium, boardwalk, and Cannery Row.

Located in such a beautiful, rural location, the Pajaro Dunes is truly a hidden gem that one must visit. Please be advised the fireplace in this home cannot be used until further notice.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A cozy place in the middle of nowhere

We had never heard of this area and had planned on staying here so we were close to Monterey and wanted to spend a day or more exploring the aquarium and those areas. But after we arrived, we wished we had several more days to stay at the property and enjoy the beach and bay

Great Getaway

Very well equipped. Overall the property was well equipped and came with everything we needed. If i had to nitpick at anything at all, would have liked for something lighting and more seating in the back deck to allow space for the family to relax. All in all, we will be back and try to make this a yearly trip!

I rounded up from 4.5 stars. The space is very lovely in most categories. My two under 10 kiddos loved the bunk beds. The ground floor location is nice for our kids and their grandparents. We like to stay in different condos at Pájaro Dunes resort. This one had an updated kitchen which was nicer than most we stay in. The only small downside was the lighting. There is no lighting directly over the dining table. It was too dim in the evening and hard to play boards games. The can lights had multiple settings but the placement led to some areas being poorly lit, even at full brightness. It's fine if you like mood lighting at dinner. The staff at Pájaro Dunes are excellent. They called to say the space was cleaned early and ready for check in before the 4pm time.

Not worth the price.

stove oven a mess shelves inside did not fit. Heaters did not work well. Water in unit had no filters and tasted awful. For the money I could have put everyone in a 5 star hotel
