New holiday house for 4 persons with beautiful views of the surroundings of Conil - with private Pool, aircondition, WiFi Internet Casa Sotavento is a new and bright house very nice equipped. Its located in a quiet rural area and has all needed to offer a comfortable stay: with pool and near to the beach and the town of Conil. The house is well equipped with air condition and free internet access. All windows have mosquito nets and also the door from the salon.
Details:
Salon with comfortable chaiselongue sofa,TV with Spanish and international programs via SAT., air condition.
2 bedrooms, one with double bed (1,50 cm) and the other with 2 single beds each (0,80 cm)
Bathroom with shower.
Open kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, oven, fridge, ceramic hob and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
Covered porch, barbeque with sink, garden furniture’s (table + chairs), and sun lounges are available.
The access to the house is through a sliding door, and there is enough space on the plot to park.

We had a great time in this house! Everything is very new and fresh and the kitchen is well equipped! The garden was perfect, especially as we had my dog with us. Would love to come back!

Notre séjour c'est bien passé la maison est très bien pour 2 personnes. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue Il faudrait peut-être penser à avoir un plat pour le four et un grill pain traditionnel (celui qui est dans la maison semble un peu dangereux)

Tolles, gepflegtes, helles Haus mit schönem Garten und Pool

Das Haus ist schön hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet sehr gut ausgestattet und hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb von Conil mit schönem Blick auf die Felder+Wiesen. Das Auto kann direkt auf dem grundstück geparkt werden. Wir haben die 10 Tage in dem Haus sehr genossen.

Un poco alejado de todo, sobre todo la soledad de la noche pero bien para el que quiera relajarse en una casa retirado de todo pero posee todo lo necesario

Wir waren im September 2019 im Casa Sotavento. Uns hat der Straßenlärm in den Morgen- und Abendstunden gestört. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt direkt an der Straße. Ansonsten fanden wir Unterkunft und den Pool gut. Die Küchenausstattung war neuwertig.

Enttäuschend-nicht zu empfehlen

Wir waren im August eine Woche in Casa Sotavento. Das Haus sieh auf den Bildern sehr schön, modern, großzügig und sauber aus. Die Realität ist leider etwas anders. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Straße. Die Autos fahren direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei, was uns recht unruhige Nächte bescherte. Vor allem in den frühen Morgenstunden war es wirklich eine Zumutung. Das Haus hat den Charakter eines Gartenhäuschens und die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es lag überall Staub und Schmutz, in den Ecken sehr viele Spinnweben. Am ekligsten waren die Betten. Da wir die Betten selbst beziehen mussten, stellten wir fest, dass die Überzüge der Matratzen mit Haaren übersät waren. Das war wirklich eine Zumutung. In den Zimmern und in den Betten immer wieder Ungeziefer. Das Schlafzimmer war nur über das erste SZ zugänglich. Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich. Die Vermieter sehr uneinsichtig und desinteressiert. Zu guter letzt,Hundekot im Garten. Für diesen Preis eine Frechheit und nicht zu empfehlen.
