This 2nd row beachside home is great for a couple’s weekend or a small family’s annual beach trip – pups included! The open plan makes it easy for everyone to spend time together, whether you’re enjoying a movie night or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. There’s plenty of storage & counter prep space for your favorite beach treats. You can eat your meals of fresh Gulf seafood at the dining table that seats 4 or dine al fresco at the patio level picnic table.
The king bedroom boasts a relaxing coastal color palette and Gulf views from two walls of windows, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area is great for kids, teens, or overnight visitors. The full bath in the hall has an easy-access walk-in shower, ideal for all ages. As comfortable as it is inside, we know you’ll end up spending hours on the inviting deck.
Enjoy the Gulf breeze from the comfort of the shade or spend the afternoon soaking in the rays and watching the shorebirds dart around in the nearby surf from the sunning deck.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
