Perfect for reunions, family gatherings + great outdoor space! 2 kitchens that are brand new with all stainless steel appliances and fully equipped to entertain loads of friends and family. 2 washer & dryers, Sonos speakers, wifi, etc. Bedrooms are all oversized & kitchens are spotless. Used to be owned by the University and now ready for all types of get-togethers. Very spacious and special home in pristine condition. Could not find a better location in town ... walk everywhere and live the campus life! Grand, huge spaces and unparalleled character and personality. Oversized driveway that can hold 6 cars.
