We had a great stay. The condo was very clean, and the ocean view was beautiful. The building is a little dated, but it was clean and well maintained.I missed the note that there’s no A/C, so I was a bit nervous about that coming from Nebraska. Fortunately, the weather was pleasant, and with the windows open and a fan running, we were comfortable.One thing to know about the location: Pacific Beach has a lively, younger crowd. As a couple in our 50s, we had pictured something a little quieter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo to anyone who’s comfortable without A/C and likes an energetic beach neighborhood.

Loved it! Family loved it! Everything is walking distance, location was great. Condo has everything you might need, the skylight will wake you though. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location! Had ocean breezes blowing through the windows all week. Had plenty of space for the four of us. Neighborhood had lots of great restaurants/shops all within walking distance. Easy to go to highway to get to various San Diego tourist sites. I would highly recommend this property!

Clean, comfortable and wonderful location to everything. No need to rent a car restaurants, shopping and grocery store in wale. A beautiful view of the ocean and the sounds of waves waking up and falling asleep. Be sure to read the owners info book as there are suggestions fo food and entertainment. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Of plenty of beach equipment!

The condo was beautiful and well situated for our stay in San Diego. Being able to view the ocean every time we looked out the window was a huge plus for us. The lanai was great for people watching and relaxing. Check-In was seamless. Having a place to park our car was golden……no need to spend precious vacation time looking for a parking space. We would definitely stay here again when we are in San Diego. Communication with the owner was great, and the instructions for accessing the condo and parking were precise and very easy to follow. It is a beautiful condo on Pacific Beach with shopping and restaurants nearby.
