Whether you're in town for the game, for work, or for a KC barbecue experience, this newly remodeled charmer is the perfect quiet little spot to retreat with an ultra comfy interior. This home features a main level with two full baths remodeled brand new in 2025 and a bonus finished basement each with their own living room, TV with prem sports packages, sleeper sofa, kitchen and laundry. There are a total of 3 King beds, 2 Queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas, 3 full baths including 1 with tub, 2 kitchens with new granite countertops, 2 washer/dryers, furnishings. Its a shiny penny as one would say.

There's a relaxing sunny deck with sitting area and BBQ, perfect for enjoying some fresh air outside. This is perfect for a larger traveling groups because of the previously mentioned separate 2BR finished basement which has its own kitchen, bath, and laundry.

The home is situated southwest of downtown Kansas City in Overland Park, a quiet family neighborhood with a fun little downtown a mile away where you can catch a farmers market on a Saturday or watch sports at a local bar. Shady streets and neighborhood parks abound and the historians will notice the many Oregon Trail markers. Unlike those famous explorers you wont have to travel far to reach your destinations because it is just 20 min walk to cute downtown Overland Park including (Strang Food Hall), a 15-minute drive to the shopping and dining mecca Country Club Plaza, 20 mins to entertainment, museums and events of downtown, 30 minutes to Arrowhead Stadium / Royals Stadium and the Kansas City International Airport (MCI). Should you need provisions during your excursions you won't need a guide to find them because all of your staples are close at hand (Target, CVS, Dunkin, Pizza Hut). But you are not about just surviving, so legendary BBQ, steak and burgers are never far away.

Had a big family gathering in KC and the house was perfect for our stay. We had 3 family with tons of kids and there was plenty of room. Great neighborhood! Lots of things near by and we were super happy with everything! We will definitely stay again while in the area!

The house is great for families. Large basement for kids to hangout and get away from adults upstairs. Two stoves/ovens and refrigerator is also so nice for family gatherings. Good location! Check in and out was super easy.

Family get together

We enjoyed our stay and the house worked well for our two families with kids. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone, even four teenage girls! The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook our meals which was nice. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and only 15 minutes from Crown Center and Union Station.

Wonderful home in Overland Park

The home was just as described. Loved having 3 bedrooms on main floor, all beds were comfortable. My daughters enjoyed staying downstairs - especially in the comfortable big beds and nice bathroom space for them. The house was perfect to celebrate Christmas with my family.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood

This house was incredible for a large group! Five bedrooms and three bathrooms with a hang out area upstairs and downstairs! We had three kids and 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us! Communication and instructions were wonderful! The neighborhood was nice and in a great location! We spent the majority of our time in and around Overland Park, but also travelled to a Royals game, so this was the perfect location in a less busy area, but still close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for Girls Trip!

A group of 6 of us came to KC to shop for my wedding dress. We made a weekend of it. This property was perfect for all us! Plenty of room to spread out and allowed each of us to have our own space. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go as well. We had a slight hiccup trying to get into the house upon arrival but the owner was very helpful and got things fixed right away. Highly recommend this property!

Very clean and comfortable

We met up in Kansas City with family from around the Midwest and East Coast. The home was very clean and comfortable and met our leaves perfectly. The upstairs and downstairs both had small kitchens that were well stocked with pots and pans plates dishes and the like. It was a large grill on the outside deck that we used three times while we were there and that was great even being it was in the winter. Overall, this location was good for us and there were activities and events going on with the family could enjoy a nearby. Great communication with the owner/host. Will definitely keep it in mind for our next trip to Kansas City.
